今日我老公帶我到呢間餐廳慶祝一啲特別嘅紀念日,其實我都已經遺忘左哈哈,總算給我一啲驚喜!最估佢唔到識得搵一啲咁浪漫嘅地方同我慶祝!呢間餐廳好有懷舊嘅感覺,你都好有西班牙同意大利嘅感覺,非常浪漫!老公點左個tuna tartar ,$138 ,雖然份量比較細,但係吞拿魚嘅味道非常新鮮,食落一啲都唔腥,再配上佢哋嘅蛋黃醬味道好清新,作為前菜值得一試!主菜我哋叫咗veal tagliolini ,其實佢就係手做嘅意大利粉再配上BB嘅牛肉,牛肉味都好濃郁,但係又好滑,最值得係讚佢哋嘅意粉,爽口之餘又唔係太硬,我相信係呢間店舖嘅王牌,因為在場好多美國人幫襯,每一台都叫咗意粉,所以我會推介俾大家!值得一試!令一個主菜就係seabass fillet,魚嘅質地好細滑,充滿油香,配上酸酸嘅配菜,好醒胃!最後叫咗一個Tiramisu作為總結,他們的Tiramisu與外邊的真係唔同,充滿了意大利風味,個餅底係脆嘅,咖啡味好濃郁,叫咗一個咖啡作為配搭,非常之合襯,相輔相成,更帶出Tiramisu嘅獨有氣味,我同老公都超級讚這個甜品,大家值得一試!

最後叫咗一個Tiramisu作為總結,他們的Tiramisu與外邊的真係唔同,充滿了意大利風味,個餅底係脆嘅,咖啡味好濃郁,叫咗一個咖啡作為配搭,非常之合襯,相輔相成,更帶出Tiramisu嘅獨有氣味,我同老公都超級讚這個甜品,大家值得一試!

今日去尖沙咀比較就腳,又想食意大利菜,上網睇左一陣,決定去la taverna訂位試試。去到環境覺得幾吸引,都唔錯,首先上麵包同湯暖一暖胃,準備好後,前菜就到啦——吞拿魚他他配腌蘆筍及辣牛油果醬。吞拿魚他他冇煮過,生吞拿魚,但唔腥,反而另有一種獨特鮮味,同蘆筍、牛油果醬好夾。Pasta叫左個手造幼扭繩粉配羅勒青醬及手撕雞。扭繩粉形狀奇怪,好特別,而且手造pasta特別彈牙,配上手撕雞好有口感。主菜係細火慢燉羊小腿配春季蔬菜及薄荷乳酪,羊小腿好幼嫩,入口即溶,薄荷乳酪刺激味蕾,好有新鮮感,大滿足!最後以個小甜品做結束,la taverna好有意大利風味,性價比高,環境加唔少分,推介比大家!

Happy Friday 放工後,朋友約左尖沙咀食飯,提早同慶祝我生日。

上菜時是用一個「玻璃蓋」蓋著的,原來是為了做出「煙薰」的效果,面頭薄薄的是烤了的芝士片
建議牛肉跟芝士片一同吃,因為烤過的芝士齋吃味道太濃~~~
