主菜係beef wellington 🤤Lee個菜好值得講下🤗chef John 為左要突破beef wellington 外皮會因蘑菇而變軟嘅問題,自己創造左一個全新嘅方式去整Lee個 beef wellington😲他話加入左鵝肝同豬肉代替蘑菇👍🏻所以外層一d都無變軟,而且仲非常鬆脆🫶🏻
另外內層嘅牛肉係Wagyu M2+ Striploin,食完之後覺得非常驚喜,入面嘅牛肉一d 都唔鹹,而且非常嫩口juicy🤤完全打破左我對beef wellington 嘅印象❤️❤️❤️❤️100%推薦 (不過chef John話Lee個係特別隱藏menu,係今日咁岩先有,所以如果大家想食就要先打電話去pre-order啦)


‼️仲有side dish 入面嘅gratin potatoes 超級好食🤤超級奶香👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻不得了

為咗令鵝肝沒有蘇味、首先將新鮮鵝肝既血管抽走、再慢煮再定型、之後再將油脂抽走、真的好花機👍🏻!鵝肝口感口感綿滑、再配上自家製的醬料及脆脆雲吞皮、完全冇油膩感、口感層次豐富!

Beef Tartare x Prawn Tartare

Duck conflict
一上堂已經聞到好香,這個我朋友叫的, 因為我本身唔鍾意食鴨 、好怕有蘇味!不過主㕑叫我試吓,因為他已把鴨的油脂全部去除、係唔會有蘇味的!結果真的冇令我失望、有肉汁、而且冇蘇味、👍🏻

Ox tongue
牛舌口感彈牙有嚼勁、外表微焦內裡好粉嫩 、再加上廚帥秘製方法、好好味!

Creme Brûlée
這是我喜歡法國甜品之一、用了日本蘭黃雞蛋、所以蛋味濃郁、偏橙黃色、好creamy、而焦糖做到金黃脆口,好好食🩷

總括而言,這裏每一道菜製作工序繁複,看得出主廚對廚藝非有heart,下次一定會再來❣️

Cordon Bleu Chicken Roll $248 ~ 這雞卷完全沒有油膩感! 以雞胸肉薄切, 包裹火腿、Mozzarella Cheese等, 先煮、再雪、後烘, 上桌前以麵包糠包裹再烤焗, 完全沒有油膩感! 就連薯仔 Gratin 也是自家製的, 超用心呢!
