The food here is amazing! My tastebuds are still singing from the mutton vindaloo, butter chicken, and rogan gosht. So much distinctive flavours from each dish that my mouth wants to take its time to chew every bite! I dipped my fresh garlic naan to scoop up as much sauce that it can possibly hold. The mutton vindaloo has the perfect amount of heat that I enjoy so I would sometimes add that sauce on top of the delicious creamy butter chicken to kick it up a notch! At the end of the meal, my wife and I would relax with a refreshing glass of mango lassi to cool down our mouth and chill our tastebuds into a food coma, satisfied. We’ve been coming here about once a week now and order the same dishes because we love this combination. But with the new restrictions we’ll just order takeaway until they can serve after 6pm. Love this place! continue reading

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone out there looking for a good Nepalese/Indian restaurant. To be fair, we only ordered Indian food when I went with a group of 8.. so I can't speak for the Nepalese food. The portion sizes are quite generous and the staff there is very friendly! I will definitely be coming back whenever I have a hankering for some good palak paneer and butter chicken <3 !! Garlic naan was so good too.....  continue reading

This place is a secret haven.  We went on a feeling that it would be good and were rewarded with good food.  They actually had a private party coming later in the evening, but fitted us in before it was due to start.  We ordered momos, two breads, two vegetable curries and a couple of sweet lassis. The lassis were good - standard fare really.  The kashmiri naan and the mint paratha were also good, but standard.  The first curry was vegetable koftas in a korma sauce and tasted great.  The koftas had great texture and were really satisfying on the palate.  The second curry was a multiple vegetable sweet sauced offering.  It was OK. A little on the sweet side for us, but I figure that was just our taste. The most memorable dish was the momos.  I have had momos in various places, but these (chicken) ones were the best either of us had eaten.  They were perfectly spiced and seasoned and they were juicy.  These little flavourful bombs exploded in the mouth and accompanied by an almost gazpacho-like chili sauce, they were a real highlight.  We will absolutely be returning and eating those fabulous momos.  Next time, we will probably just order from the Nepalese specials menu, rather than the Indian curry menu.  Some of the items on it looked really exciting and we can't wait to try them. continue reading
