初次嚟到推薦先試Seafood Fideos 海鮮"砂鍋"西班牙短麵,呢款雖然二人起,每人加$80,但係甚有特色,紅蝦超多蝦膏🦐
第二次呢就推薦一定要試埋佢哋嘅黑松露Tagliolini🍝係我so far食過最印象深刻。貌似簡單只係用黑松露忌廉醬製成,而且望落乾身。但入口非常濃郁,醬汁份量剛好,唔會濕粒粒又膩,麵條亦掛汁有咬口👍🏻
Pork Ribs發揮不過不失,肉質軟腍,基本上唔使用刀都切得開,不過味道偏鹹少少🤏。

今晚去咗上環一間地中海意大利風嘅餐廳JUNO,試咗佢哋嘅TASTING MENU,價錢係HK$538一位,加HK$120可以有兩杯酒,真係相當抵。開頭嘅幾道前菜真係好吸引,首先係 *Ibérico Ham 48 Months*,配上自家製嘅迷迭香focaccia,火腿嘅味道濃郁,搭配麵包一齊食,口感非常好。接住係 *Burrata Pugliese*,新鮮嘅水牛芝士配上 heirloom tomatoes,同埋少量嘅榛子,清新又有層次感,特別適合夏天食。再嚟就係 *Eggs Tonnato*,呢道菜把Tun鯪魚同蛋黃醬完美結合,加上些少鹽漬魚卵,味道出奇好,帶有海鮮嘅鮮味。*Tuna Tartare*就更加清新,輕輕調味,配合葡萄柚同埋白葡萄酒,口感清爽,真係令人食到停唔到。至於 *Padrón Peppers*,炸得金黃香脆,搭配特級初榨橄欖油,完全唔會辣,正好做開胃菜。主菜方面,我試咗 *Pork Ribs*,豬肋骨肉質軟滑,配上石榴醬同埋香料,味道相當獨特,旁邊嘅迷迭香薯仔亦都好好食。另一道 *Truffled Angus Beef Cheek Risotto*,Risotto煮

主菜方面,我試咗 *Pork Ribs*,豬肋骨肉質軟滑,配上石榴醬同埋香料,味道相當獨特,旁邊嘅迷迭香薯仔亦都好好食。另一道 *Truffled Angus Beef Cheek Risotto*,Risotto煮得恰到好處,帶有松露嘅香氣,配上蘑菇同埋芝士,簡直係享受。

最後,甜品有 *Tiramisu**同埋 *Tarte Tatin*,兩者都非常出色。Tiramisu嘅口感輕盈,咖啡味道濃郁;而Tarte Tatin則係蘋果塔,焦糖味濃,配上香草冰淇淋,完美收尾。
