《JUNO - 上環》太耐無約朋友出去食好野啦,今次約左我老best 出去上環食西班牙菜🇪🇸之前喺網上面見人介紹都已經好想試啦,新年拆咗利是🧧一於食好啲😆當晚我哋兩個人試咗佢哋嘅Tasting Menu,人均$538,有五個starters、每人一份main course 同埋一份甜品,如果想飲酒嘅話只要加 $120 就有兩杯紅或者白酒😉嗰五款小食分別有:🔹伊比利亞火腿48個月配新鮮烘烤迷迭香意大利麵包我想講個麵包真係超好食,店員話係餐廳自己製作,好食嘅伊比利亞火腿係唔會死鹹的,帶有油香同埋少少甜味,配上軟腍腍嘅意大利麵包真係勁好食👍🏻我可以食10件🔹布拉塔流心水牛芝士配有機小蕃茄、羅勒橄欖油拌狗芽菜沙律佢呢個水牛芝士嘅味道唔算好濃郁,質感幼滑,上面灑滿烘烤榛子碎,個沙律汁係酸味味嘅醋汁,成件事好開胃🤤啲食材全部都好新鮮,作為前菜不錯🔹吞拿魚蛋黃醬泡沫呢一度菜式用咗分子料理嘅方法製作,上面嘅泡沫係意式吞拿魚醬,入面有酸豆、三文魚籽同埋蛋黃嘅香氣,食落好有層次🔹吞拿魚韃靼佢呢個菜式其實係吞拿魚蓉配檸檬西柚味醂汁,可以用薄脆米片裝住啲吞拿魚用嚟食,同樣都係開胃菜式🔹西班牙甜青椒平時唔食青椒嘅我覺得呢個甜青椒好驚艷,佢係用咗特級初榨橄欖油去炸甜椒🫑雖然有少少苦苦地,但係佢係有種回甘嘅感覺,上面嘅岩鹽令到個甜青椒味道昇華咗一級😆送酒一流而主菜我哋就揀咗黑松露安格斯牛面肉燴飯同炭烤豬肋骨🔹黑松露安格斯牛面肉燴飯一上枱見到咁多黑松露片喺個飯上面就知道用了十足,個牛面肉炆到好腍,唔使咬就已經散開,食落有油香,而個意大利飯係傳統半生熟嘅口感,用上牛肝菌同芝士製作醬汁,成個意大利飯都充滿菇菌嘅香氣,勁奢華🔹炭烤豬肋骨個豬肋骨同樣係煮到好腍,一切就輕鬆將骨同肉分離,個醬汁超香甜,店員話係用咗石榴去製作個醬汁,配埋旁邊嘅牛油薯蓉一齊食勁惹味😋最後甜品我哋揀咗黑櫻桃奶凍同埋塔丁蘋果塔,個人覺得個黑櫻桃果醬真係甜咗少少,不過個奶凍係超香牛奶味同埋超滑溜,如果可以少返啲啲果醬就Perfect啦,而個蘋果塔同樣係較為甜膩,佢上面嘅焦糖醬帶有微微海鹽的味道,有啲似拖肥嘅香氣,而蘋果肉唔會煮到完全溶晒,仲係可以食到爽口嘅蘋果肉,配雲呢拿雪糕的確係十分配搭的 continue reading
