Chicken Liver Pate HK$120 是不錯的頭盤選擇。 雖然只是雞肝,但意外地肝香十足,質感也是討人歡心的厚滑,為味蕾帶來滿足的自家製滋味。當然來一口酒精點綴,更是美!

意大利菜當然少不了 Pasta ,挑選了當中一道推介的 Paccheri Salsiccia HK$210。自家製的寛管意粉厚彈煙韌、掛汁力強,口感叫人喜悅!然而以豬肉腸、豬面頰肉、南法紅辣椒粉構成的蕃茄汁,沒有想像中的惹味,味道較偏向自然醇和的風格!

Braised Ossobuco HK$280 是主菜,跟上一道同是意大利菜式。小牛膝燜燉得軟硬適中,讓人品嚐到牛膝的肉感與特質。而軟滑的薯蓉配上牛肉汁,絕對令人大樂,配菜的炭烤意大利青瓜也非常好吃!
這道菜定價平易近人,光是自己買料的預算,相信也做不來!

看到別人在吃 Seafood Fideos  "a la Cazuela" HK$520,我們不禁心動起來,挑戰二人份的砂鍋沒有難度!
皆因香氣太誘人、蕃茄濃汁太迷人、Fideo 意大利麵太逗人、西班牙紅蝦太撩人,最終 Seafood Fideos  "a la Cazuela"  成為整晚的大愛人!
像金魚不知飽的我倆,默默地一碗吃完再一碗,直至讓鍋底見天才罷休!

我選了「Juno」唯一推介的  Tiramisu HK$100 作甜品,誰不知裝上蠟燭後,成了我的生日蛋糕!
推介果然不錯,夠香、夠滑,濕潤度拿捏得準繩,是我嚐過最好吃的 Tiramisu 之一。

猜不到,後頭還有「Juno」預先為我準備的 Tarte Tatin,哈哈!頂著快要爆開的肚皮吃下來,沒想到看似不起眼蘋果塔非常好吃,低甜度配合甜香綿密的焦糖奶油,十分讚,假如能呷一口熱咖啡更是不得了...... 可惜肚皮受不了,留待下次吧!

也許是生日暫借的青春?也許是青春回歸的幻覺?我倆當晚放任地吃了兩道頭盤、兩道意大利麵、一道主菜、兩款甜品,與及一支白酒!
離開時有著飽到差不多要吐的感覺,那樣被我評為快感的特殊情況,隨著年月的增長,實屬來得要比稀土還要稀有與珍貴的偶發事件,多謝 「Juno」,多謝老公!

個豬肋骨同樣係煮到好腍,一切就輕鬆將骨同肉分離,個醬汁超香甜,店員話係用咗石榴去製作個醬汁,配埋旁邊嘅牛油薯蓉一齊食勁惹味😋

最後甜品我哋揀咗黑櫻桃奶凍同埋塔丁蘋果塔,個人覺得個黑櫻桃果醬真係甜咗少少,不過個奶凍係超香牛奶味同埋超滑溜,如果可以少返啲啲果醬就Perfect啦,而個蘋果塔同樣係較為甜膩,佢上面嘅焦糖醬帶有微微海鹽的味道,有啲似拖肥嘅香氣,而蘋果肉唔會煮到完全溶晒,仲係可以食到爽口嘅蘋果肉,配雲呢拿雪糕的確係十分配搭的
