To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好久没回母校,这次主要还是奔着聚贤楼来的,真的不是吃货不聚头哈哈·周末照常营业,人也不如平日多,叔叔阿姨态度都很和气,是适合慢慢吃慢慢聊的早茶好去处了·当然,除了早茶也有小菜,菜品丰富程度完全不输外面酒楼,份量诚意满满,出品没有套路,但价格却又没有一丝一毫想掏空你的钱包·边吃边感叹,哪怕已经毕业了,学校食堂还在真切关心你有没有吃饱吃好·🥢豉油鸡🥢虫草棉花鸡🥢虾胶蟹子鱼肚🥢蒜茸粉丝蒸元贝🥢白灼土鱿牛百叶🥢上汤杞子娃娃菜·滑溜而不过肥的鸡皮,瘦而不柴、紧致入味的鸡肉和未完全消失的血髓,每个元素都很到位,是姐妹吃完又单独打包了一份的喜欢·点心可以闭眼选,弹嫩的鸡肉和虾滑下面铺了满满的鱼肚,吸饱了汤汁,又鲜美又Q弹·鱿鱼牛百叶不怎么入味,以为是蒸点,但其实是没有调味的白灼然后自己浇上酱汁,不过满满一盘也算补充胶原蛋白了

酒樓開 11點,來過兩次早來直入有位。點心都可以接受,明碼實價,水準都可以,直得讚點心係夠熱每次來仲會叫甜酸炸雲吞,好脆口,讚!今次點了酥炸魷魚鬚,同樣炸得好食,好入味。

理工大學文康樓聚賢閣海鮮酒樓星期一至五只招待理大教職員. 今次約左舊同學聚一聚, 食左下面既食物.蒜茸粉絲蒸元貝(4隻) $982隻 $50- 殼是大的, 但元貝比較細仔.蒜茸粉絲調味唔錯.黑毛豬叉燒(例) $88- 不見得很優質, 有瘦有梅頭部份, 肉比較諗, 口感一般, 無濃邊, 無燒過. 蜜汁味, 菠蘿咕嚕肉$118- 肉比較瘦, 但脆脆的, 汁好味. 唔錯.紅米蛋白炒飯$98- 飯炒得夠乾, 唔錯. 有小小紅米.同酒樓一樣,有孖寶自選海鮮併小菜 $238- 沙巴班仔蒸得唔錯, 肉軟滑, 葱豉油調得咸度適中.-蝦干小炒王有蝦干, 魷魚, 都很正常, 有五花腩片比較小見.自選孖寶$208- 燒鵝很普通的燒鵝, 皮唔脆,肉質也一般. - 北菇紅燒豆腐很正常的豆腐.鮮蟹肉伊面 $98- 等如干燒伊面,真正有蟹肉, 但沒乜存在感. 調味偏清淡不太咸. 一般水準.

返咗去大學探老師👩🏻🏫,仲同佢一齊去飲茶🫖。點知lunch hour去到,全場爆滿🤯,因為我哋冇訂枱,所以都排咗一陣⏳,仲要同人搭枱。蟹籽蝦燒賣 ($31)燒賣面頭有蟹籽,入邊有大蝦、冬菇同豬肉。大蝦係兩大隻完整嘅大蝦🦐🦐,非常抵食。而且蒸到啱啱好,啲豬肉唔會太老,咬開仲有啲肉汁💦,係好食嘅茶樓燒賣😋。醬皇蒸鳳爪 ($21.5)總共有五隻鳳爪🖐🏻,蒸到非常之入味同埋軟身,啲骨好容易就用口損到出嚟😙,啲軟骨都食得。而且處理得比較乾淨,唔會見到一啲鳳爪腳上面有指甲💅。黑椒金錢肚 ($26)金錢肚有啲大嚿有啲細嚿🐮,大嘅放面有四嚿,細嘅碎放喺底都有五至六舊。黑椒汁唔會辣都嗆口🌶️,又係每一件金錢肚都好淋好入🤤味。而且個汁好惹味,直頭見到有啲月桂葉喺入面🍃。而個底都有三條四季豆塾一塾🫛。山竹果皮牛肉球 ($19)點心紙上唯二嘅小點,另一款係娥姐素粉果,嗰款我就冇叫到啦🥹。正常水準嘅牛肉球,有啲芫荽同蔥喺裏面,飽滿嘅牛肉🌝,唔會溝咗好多食到好張口嘅麵粉,每粒牛肉球下面都有一大塊支竹,仲有唔會孤寒嘅喼汁💦,抵食之選🤑。香茜牛肉腸粉 ($31)將兩條腸粉切開咗六件放到好靚仔😎,腸粉皮好香滑,其實都幾好食👍🏻。可惜佢嘅牛肉唔係鮮牛或者滑牛🐄,而係牛肉球入邊嗰啲牛肉😧,講緊真係香茜牛肉球搓成一嚿好細嘅牛肉,放入個腸粉做個料,我會話哩個係牛肉球腸粉🤔。可能因為我本身已經叫咗牛肉球,有啲失望🫣。流沙奶皇包 ($21.5)哩個非常出色💯,熱辣辣上枱打開個包裏面仲係流沙⏳,睇圖都見到啲汁爆哂出嚟💦,食嘅時候真係要小心啲🥵。個包好軟熟😌,流沙奶黃就鹹鹹甜甜起晒沙🏖️,就算擺咗一陣凍咗都仲有少少流心嘅效果🤤。茶位 ($8)叫咗水仙(鐵觀音)🫖,係普通嘅茶包茶🍵,正常順口。無加一服務費❌。⭐️總括而言…雖然有少少貴🤑,但係明碼實價冇加一🙅🏻♂️,食物嘅水準穩定👍🏻,有幾款點心都好食😋。理工大學裏面唯一一間茶樓,全場爆滿都有原因🥸。如果你係理大學生,又或者遲啲去朋友畢業禮嘅話🎓,都係一個飲茶聚下嘅好地方。特定時間仲有折扣:12:15前離座9折、14:30後入座8折。
