i tried 5 dishes.
1) yellow bun, not very good their bread skin is too thick. too much flour.

5) jelly sweet of milk. very normal


overall 200$ 2ppl, worth it, will come back. love it bye.

燒味拼盤正常,叉燒不錯,但缺了乳豬有點失望。龍蝦伊麵不錯,肉很好吃,只是麵很難夾。炒雙蚌的碟很大,餸菜看似很少但其實夠食,應該是用了12人的大碟所以有這樣的視覺效果。海皇羹味道適中,不過不失。

頭四碟菜都差不多吃完一碟上下一碟,魚開始便慢了,小朋友沒事做去洗手間,但人太多所以直接回來。之後等了很久也沒有東西吃,小朋友再上廁所,這次去了餐廳外那個洗手間,不用等,也乾淨。

魚和燒鵝都很大碟,魚蒸得剛剛好,值得一讚。燒鵝其實在燒味拼盤已經有,又再吃一次感覺有點怪,應該拼盤沒有燒鵝才對。燒鵝正正常常,肉不鞋,肥的部位很集中,方便不吃肥肉的小朋友去肥膏。

荷葉飯和蟠桃等了很久,卻是最令人失望的。荷葉飯的葉很翠綠,很明顯是蒸的時間不夠,所以沒有荷葉香味。小朋友向來不喜歡吃飯,一心等吃蟠桃,結果蟠桃蒸的時間不夠,而熱底凍,經理本來提議再蒸的,但已經很晚而且我們還有蛋糕,所以改為打包。

總結:這裡食物平日不錯,大時大節預了會失準,但這天實在有點令人失望。論價錢和位置,性價都比高,不過只適合平日來吃,始終這裡平日客人沒那麼多,大節日人手不足,應付不到。

難得入到理工,就到聚賢樓飲茶。酒樓位於理工大學文康大樓內,所以酒樓營業時間較其他酒樓較遲開,係早上 11點先開門。酒樓地方都夠大,可能當日是母親節,待應話好多大枱都訂滿,但2-4人細枱早來,walk in都有位。我地試咗 10款點心,值得一讚大部份都好夠熱,上點心速度都叫快。甜酸炸雲吞,好脆口,入面隻蝦仲熱,好食。韭黃鮮蝦腸粉,都好食的,粉皮叫滑身,好足料脆皮墨魚餅,好有咬口,好食椒鹽一口豆腐,係夠味,可惜全部淋晒,唔脆百花釀魚肚,魚肚都爽口,魚肉彈牙,但味道略鹹聚賢鮮蝦餃,入面好大隻蝦,中規中矩都係一般蝦餃醬皇蒸鳳爪,好食日式糯米包,香港酒樓已經很小見,所以一見即點來食,入面只得糯米,糯米炒得唔香,沒有其他蝦米及臘腸餡料,有點失望。蟹籽蝦燒賣,好食,足料,出面酒樓都食得到傳统咸水角,同出面酒樓食一樣水準個價錢都偏貴,十款點心連茶錢,埋單約$360酒樓環境都好寬闊,坐位之間唔迫

佢哋嘅奶皇包都算係幾好好食 而且中間係流心嘅🤤 味道唔錯
不過我啲同學就慘了 有一個同學諗住搣開個包 點知裏面嘅流心 … 💥 另一個同學超級無辜… 最慘係個同學着住白色衫 件衫變咗一達達黃色😂😂😂

蜜糖黑椒牛柳粒真係超級高質😍牛柳粒火候控制得好好,咬落好香牛肉味之餘又好冧,一啲都唔韌🤘🏻配菜都好好食🤣薯仔吸晒牛肉汁同蜜糖嘅精華,識落甜甜地得來薯仔外脆內軟,好正😆😆


蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝都好好食👍🏻火候都係控制得好好,所以蒸出嚟好嫩口!帶子好鮮甜,餐廳材料都好新鮮👍🏻


整體上覺得以大學餐廳嚟講質素好高,一定會成日入去食🤣🤣

一行六人去了理工大學聚賢樓晚膳, 今晚搞手特意留了一間房給我們盡興,她選了半席套餐:芝士焗龍蝦烏冬麵~龍蝦味美烏冬麵有咬感;燒味拼盤~ 燻鴨胸-嫩滑清爽丶海蜇-彈牙丶叉燒-柔軟香口丶燒肉-皮脆肉嫩,味道各異但亦有不同嚼感;炒牛肉粒~配了青紅黃椒拾配普通卻惹味;蝦鉗~香脆可口, 百食不厭的一道菜;清蒸魚~煮得剛熟幼嫩新鮮好味;鮑魚冬菇菜~鲍鱼彈牙丶冬菇厚肉有嚼勁;燒雞~皮脆雞肉嫩滑,有嚼感;壽桃來時大家都唱起壽辰歌,非常開心又熱鬧,高興得不得了..... 最後來了桂花榚來完結了這頓飯。
