呢間係我其中最愛嘅一間日式餐廳, 由佢舊店搬到新店, 我間中都去捧場, 新舖更寬敞, 仲要面對住落地玻璃, 景觀更靚, 呢度每個座位都可以望住師傅親自為你準備食物咁啱見到呢度有幾日做, 當然黎試試啦先叫咗杯梅酒,裡面加咗一大粒冰,令到杯梅酒既酸味同甜味更加平衡,清涼同爽口。小食-春野菜螢光魷魚,口感鮮嫩彈牙,帶有淡淡嘅海鮮味。 鱈魚乾, 配酒食最啱。伴菜-開胃既涼伴山藥同簥頭, 如果食曬嘅話, 師傅就會不定時地加畀你刺身-石鯛魚、赤貝、小長井生蠔,新鮮度一流,肉質鮮甜。特別要提一提蒸子持槍魷魚刺身,佢經過蒸煮後更加軟嫩多汁,配上醬汁一齊食,味道更加突出。海膽三味刺身, 三款唔同處理過嘅海膽, 加上少少海鹽, 更加突出海膽鮮味 同埋回甘甜美。紫菜海膽天婦羅外脆內嫩,紫菜同海膽嘅結合非常夾。而紫蘇葉白飯魚天婦羅嘅組合都好特別, 紫蘇葉味道獨特,鮮味同口感都好出色。鮪魚腩壽司肉質肥味,入口即化,一試難忘金目鯛壽司肉質鮮甜地蛤壽司帶有淡淡海鮮味 池魚壽司,獨特嘅魚味同口感,非常美味。稻草爋燒櫻鱒魚嘅煙燻味道同櫻鱒魚嘅鮮甜口感完美結合海膽壽司,海膽質地軟滑,入口即化,淡淡鹹香唔會太過濃烈。師傅將新鮮既海膽小心放喺我手背上,我第一次用呢種方式品嚐海膽,感覺好特別,緊張又興奮,手背嘅溫度好似想將海膽融化咁, 滑入口中嘅味道都特別唔同啲,鮮甜好多, 真係另一個身體驗。鮭魚子貝柱海膽小丼,鮭魚子同埋貝柱, 海膽, 鮮美十足。之後再畀一壺抹茶清一清味蕾, 跟住再上甜品, 滿足嘅一個晚上。 continue reading

喺香港食咗好幾間天婦羅omakase,今晚終於去咗試吓佢嘅天婦羅,估唔到咁有驚喜!之前嗰幾間都係用啲好大路大眾嘅食材去做天婦羅,但今晚有七成嘅嘢都係未食過。最令我記憶猶新嘅係個魚翅天婦羅素麵,仲有香箱蟹天婦羅🦀Amazing ! 仲有個河豚白子天婦羅,出色💜仲有啲我未食過既蔬菜,淨係記得兩個名,行者蔥+東荀,味道一流😋魚翅天婦羅濃雞湯素麵香箱蟹天婦羅河豚白子天婦羅馬糞海膽東荀馬鹿貝魷魚白蘆筍炸蝦呢一餐性價比真係非常好,之前食開嘅都起碼$1680一位,今晚呢一餐都係$1280 +10%🩷 continue reading
