放工又係一班同事食飯吹水嘅黃金時間,今次有個同事話有間燒烤店係個FD開嘅,叫我地去撐下場,出品幾好,同同事食飯有乜合適得過食燒烤送啤酒。鋪頭有少少隱蔽啦,因爲唔係開正馬路邊,但係都唔算難揾,入面唔算闊落,但都好岩一班人圍埋食串燒,感覺Close D,氣氛都好D,而且燒烤厨房係開放式嘅,完全睇到師傅身水身汗咁不停轉動隻手去燒烤,保證即燒新鮮出爐,唔會話整定翻熱,應該都會幾好食物。野食方面,都係應有盡有啦,有貴嘅平嘅,有海鮮有蔬菜,任君選擇,呢到我認爲整體出品超正,最緊要我覺得係食材都新鮮,唔會話只係用各種調味粉去掩蓋食材本身嘅唔新鮮,相反調味料只是輔助品,更凸顯到食材嘅味道。有幾樣野都幾印象深刻,首先就係燒扇貝,海鮮新鮮就真係唔需要太多調味料,就咁少少蒜蓉就完全提升扇貝嘅鮮甜味道,超級鮮美,又大舊好有滿足感,而且面頭D粉絲索曬扇貝嘅汁水,好鮮甜,簡直係絕配。第二樣就係燒雞軟骨,首先選材就已經優勝,大大粒,夠曬飽滿,唔會好似出面好多雞軟骨咁太瘦太柴,軟骨連少少肉,口感同味道都提升唔少,簡單用少少鹽調味就已經非常好食,又夠脆口香口,送酒一流。第三樣令我印象深刻係燒玉子,燒玉子就響日本餐廳食得

最後就係燒麵筋,呢個都係好少燒黎食,平時食法都係放係湯入面,索曬湯汁去食,但呢次係另一個相反,係燒到好乾,然後撒上辣椒粉,食落又係另一番風味,燒到有少少焦脆少少硬身,好有嚼口,而且面頭D辣椒粉令我食得非常過癮,我自己覺得送埋酒,超級正。
總括而言,呢度嘅燒烤出品我都好滿意,都好注重翻食材本身嘅味道同質素,師傅都好有心機去燒,唔單止食材種類多,燒法都好多變化,令食材以最佳嘅味道比客人品嘗,非常抵讚

今日約咗個女仔朋友諗住搵個地方傾吓偈食串燒,就上網搵到尖沙咀喜膳燒,地方細細地好骨子,仲有幾部電視機,可以一邊食嘢一邊傾偈一邊睇電視😂😂。兩個女仔叫了好多嘢食,今日叫了雞腎串,雞蛋好新鮮。蜜糖雞中翼,少少甜燒得略嫌有少少燶,而蜜糖燒粟米好香甜,燒日本番薯我的最愛,第一次食燒秋葵,小虎椒又唔算太辣(辣啲更加好),燒韭菜燒菜心苗香得來又夠健康。黑胡椒燒肥腸都係第一次試,日本和牛串有牛味,最後來一個燒肉桂焦糖金菠蘿🍍,夠晒兩個人份量。😝😝
