同朋友係九龍公園游完水,佢話好餓好想食串燒,係openrice搵到呢間都幾多好評,就揀咗呢間。一入到見到個bar檯,食串燒好少見個bar restaurant,加埋個燈光都幾有氣氛。唔係等好耐就上咗燒韭菜、牛舌、牛肉、雞軟骨,仲要有個熱石係到保溫,即使我地兩個女仔食得慢,都唔會變凍。牛舌係厚切既,調味適中,燒到口感香脆唔會軔韭菜好長,用筷子慢慢食,都幾方便,而且質素幾好,唔會有渣,調味已經夠,唔洗再加七味粉。雞軟骨脆爽,燒得啱啱好。我最鐘意就係燒鰻魚,加埋啲芝麻燒得香脆,加埋滑嫩鰻魚肉既口感。朋友叫咗燒茄子,多蔥!茄子索咗D燒汁既味,唔鐘意食茄子既我都覺得個口感可以接受,淋得黎但口感都幾OK!另外,我叫咗個扇貝,粉絲索咗D扇貝 ,好清甜,個扇貝燒得熟,仲保持到滑身既口感最後我地叫咗兩隻雞全翼同埋兩隻明太子雞翼,雞全翼燒得香脆,雞肉仲保持到滑嫩口感,點埋餐廳附送自己調既酸辣汁,食到尾都可以refresh一下。明太子雞翼好香,佢夾住啲明太子內涵,口感豐富特別。下次朋友生日應該會再同佢encore
