和朋友去了尖沙咀寶勒巷10號的喜膳燒食飯,這是一間專食串燒的小店。餐廳地不大,但卻很有氣氛,很適合和朋友飲啤酒,食串燒,傾計。而且店員服務亦都相當殷勤有禮。我們點了燒蟶子王,沙嗲燒厚魚肚,燒黑豚肉龍躉卷,燒山賊雞翼,燒煙肉韭菜捲,燒牛肩胛,黑松露芝士薄餅,庭烏冬,燒墨魚丸等。燒蟶子王,啖啖肉,而且好鮮甜。沙嗲燒厚魚肚,沾滿了醬汁,好惹未。燒黑豚肉龍躉卷,出面很難食得到,黑豚肉好多汁,而且龍捲皮燒得香脆好味。燒山賊雞翼,很香孜然粉,很有新疆風味。燒牛肩胛,肉味濃,口感軟淋。黑松露芝士薄餅稻,有墨西哥辣椒汁味道,烤得皮脆,內裏芝士有拉絲,味道不錯。來一碗庭烏冬,賣相不錯,面上有溫泉蛋,而且烏冬軟滑彈牙,好味。

我好欣賞一個細心位,一開頭佢會比呢塊黑色鐵板嚟,然之後有新串燒會放上去,咁未食嘅串燒,就唔會涼左,食嘅時候都係熱熱地👍🏼所以呢個細心為值得一讚👍🏼

作為一個小朋友嘅我,見到益力多沙冰即刻心心眼😍同朋友講我要飲。沙冰好滑,唔太甜,不過益力多味道淡咗少少。

秋風起係需要潤一下,雪耳雪梨肉好多。味道好清甜,好滋潤。
