約咗朋友8:30pm,我們準時入座。叫咗東波肉幾香,肉質鬆軟,未發現原來有白飯墊底,所以唔小心叫多一碗白飯,不過都ok,呢味餸用多啲飯去送係好味啲。還叫咗幾味,朋友都覺得幾好味,可能因為係外國生活多,食返中菜係有一種温暖感,這是我特意訂呢間餐廳原因。不過唔夠一鐘後,大約7:25pm,食物還未食完下,待應主動提議我們叫甜品,大約來回提了我們2,3次,但我們自以為覺得時間尚早,所以諗住慢慢食,加上太耐無見朋友,真係好想傾計聚下。然後突然待應就叫我哋埋單,話用餐時間已過,雖然外面無人等位,唔覺座位好緊張,發覺餐廳好流水式,欠缺靈活性和人情味,如果係茶餐廳,當然個個人一心係以食野醫肚為大前題,但係希慎高層的一間餐廳黎講,我對佢要求點都高過茶餐廳嘅。3個人又90分鐘,10個人又90分鐘?我諗一入座個個就食食食,講多句野都浪費時間呀,咁同飯堂有乜分別?餐廳定位係乜?結果我們走下場,去食雪糕,唔食留係度食甜品啦。唔會再俾呢度影響心情。

母親節一早預訂左綠茶. 所以唔駛等位就能入場. 限時90分鐘.由於得四個人. 所以叫的餸菜唔算多. 叫左個人人讚好的'龍井烤雞'. 首先隻雞的份量係小型的. 四人就剛剛好.個皮都係脆的. 肉都嫩, 呢個真係必食之選.然後綠茶控, 點會唔叫'江南綠茶餅"呢. 個餅黎到新鮮熱辣. 一口咬落去重有煙出.個皮脆但就唔多覺有綠茶味. 可能係用中國式的綠茶. 裡面係有芋泥. 整體呢個都好好味.  而且價錢都好抵. 然後香港區有呢個限期菜. 東坡肉. 四舊東坡肉. 剛剛夠四份人. 重伴有小小的飯. 不過真係唔夠的. 所以我地有額外叫白飯($15).個東坡肉係有層次有肥有瘦. 食落去唔韌. 愛吃東坡肉的應該都喜歡呢種口感. 可惜雖然有醬料但仍然蓋不過一陣雪的肉味. 最後叫左個菜心. 呢個菜心完全唔掂. 首先唔知係個日人太多, 廚房好忙定點. 無論係個菜心或者係d蒜頭都係硬到咬唔入. d菜好似炒兩下就上碟. 老人家真係望住佢都唔駛食.  我地完全放棄. 
btw, 是日都幾多人. 加上剛開門. 店員完全忙過不停,  但你無水或者見到都有其他枱要求幫忙拍照佢地都會一一幫忙. 係度送個加油比佢地.
