之前經過深圳綠茶好多次想試、終於來到銅鑼灣希慎開店了。裝潢以江南竹林為主題、閑適帶點詩意。龍井烤雞第一次品嘗這個菜式、烤雞真的烤得皮脆肉嫩、有肉汁流出、醃得好入味、滲透出淡淡龍井香氣、難怪是這裡的招牌菜之一。粉絲裹蝦一直是我非常喜歡的菜式、蝦大隻彈牙、粉絲紫洋蔥非常惹味!蝦湯泡飯蝦湯鮮甜又濃郁、濃稠度剛好、每粒米飯都吸收了蝦湯的精華、加入鮮蝦菜心粒、口感非常好~龍井檸檬茶熊仔造型非常可愛、龍井茶底甘醇鮮爽、加入青檸、味道更清新!下次可以再試其他江滬菜式!

最近我去了希慎廣場,發現「綠茶餐廳」人潮洶湧,甚至還有些客人在排隊。這家餐廳十分貼心,為等候的客人提供食水和薄荷糖。我同家人立刻被吸引,決定嘗試這間主打江浙菜的餐廳。據說它是由米芝蓮明星大廚俞東尼掌舵,餐廳內部裝潢古典雅致,充滿了中國傳統韻味,牆上掛著山水畫,讓人彷彿置身於古代中國。營造出濃厚的江南氛圍,讓人感受到一種別樣的優雅。可惜太晚去,很多熱門東西也沒有了🥲入到去職員都好熱情、有禮,還有信了我們一些小植物回家種植*此餐廳需加收10%服務費。總的來說,「綠茶餐廳」的氛圍和菜品都讓我留下深刻印象,值得再次光臨。下次再試下先😎
