這是我在中環去過上百家中高端餐廳中,最差最差最差的餐廳,主要是服務,嚇死人。我等了很久,無人照顧,便非常有禮貌的問excuse me,服務員全然不理會,幾乎沒人的餐廳都不理人,我以為他聽不見,然後又禮貌地說聲excuse me還是不理我,我過了一會再說了一聲excuse me,結果這位服務員突然發怒了!大吼了一聲hold on! 我嚇了一跳,沒所謂其實,兇一句還是能承受的。寫評論是因為,我是帶客戶來的一個商務午餐,這讓我的客人帶他來這種地方太差勁,招呼不周,生意都不想做了,極度失禮人。所以留個評語,希望大家選擇這家餐廳進行商務飯局的時候,三思,謹慎。如果不是有客戶在不想被其他事情干擾的話,我就去問這個服務生名字,到經理那裏投訴了。簡直離譜⋯

今日到Gaia Ristorante呢間西餐廳大快朵頤,真係食到我心花怒放🌸!Buffet Appetisers真係一絕,啲大蝦新鮮得滯,煙三文魚香滑過水,彈牙得嚟香口無比。仲食到一款香蕉燉蛋不得了,軟綿綿甜蜜蜜嘅滋味,正到爆!至於蛋餅嘅驚喜,真係出乎意料,蛋香四溢咁滿足住我每一啖。壓軸嘅Lobster Tagliolini,分量嚟講算係令人心滿意足。龍蝦味道鮮甜,煙韌有勁,每一啖都咁滿足。傍邊嘅蘆筍同蕃茄做配角,都係偷晒光,提升咗整體嘅味道層次感。關於個意粉,煮到啱啱好,吸收晒海鮮嘅精華,我講得出,好味到讓人忍唔住要瞓係度💤!每一次去攞Buffet Appetisers嗰陣,服務員都即刻送上新嘅刀叉,服務細心得嚟又貼心。食完海鮮後,仲有好多款水果等緊我,一樣新鮮,一啖一啖都係自然嘅甜。總結嚟講,Gaia Ristorante絕對係間值得放縱一次嘅好地方,就算價錢有啲高,但偶爾咁嘅享受,都係值得嘅🌟!

每一次去攞Buffet Appetisers嗰陣,服務員都即刻送上新嘅刀叉,服務細心得嚟又貼心。食完海鮮後,仲有好多款水果等緊我,一樣新鮮,一啖一啖都係自然嘅甜。總結嚟講,Gaia Ristorante絕對係間值得放縱一次嘅好地方,就算價錢有啲高,但偶爾咁嘅享受,都係值得嘅🌟!

Came here at around 8pm, and there was an abundant of outdoor seating. It's got a romantic feel to it, with the candles, tablecloth, dim lighting, and sitting outdoors. It wasn't that packed, in fact there was a lot of seats and I was surprised, since I use to come here a lot with my parents more than a dacde ago for fancy birthday dinners. Tonight, I was accosted by a friendly waiter who convinced me and my girlfriend to grab a table, as we were both looking over at the menus. We said why not.

My girlfriend loved the vibe, it reminded her of her hometown, where most of the restaurants have tablecloths and are outdoors. We ordered a beer, a glass of wine, the parma ham with burrata cheese and tomatoes, and rabbit stew pappardelle pasta - for the celebration of the new year rabbit. Some bread came and we had bottles of olive oil and vinaigrette already stationed at the table. The prosciutto was good, but the rabbit stew pasta was a bit under seasoned and the portions was quite small. 
We love the vibe here, but the food doesn't seem to be as good as it was before. The food is still good, and we'd come here again for the vibe and decent food. 
Around 580 not including drinks. Quite expensive.

Good and services are both terrible. 1. Clam Spaghetti was too salty and the pork chop tasted very average. 2. The waitress collecting the dishes smelled awful apparently she just finished having a ciggy backdoor. She should have made the ciggy smelly removed before serving customers. I had never gone to a restaurant that a waiter or waitress’ smell made me sick. This is considered part of the services and quality of the restaurant? I will not and will not recommend anyone go this place.

埋單個時無晒人,咁又岩既,有幾多人呢個時間食呢D,但係我走個時係出晒水,D汗呢,正呀,所以食左唔洗9字要閃。咁埋單500零蚊,除左滴晒汗之後都唔差架,不過我就無咩機會返去食,因為周圍都係。

Their pizzas are the best in HK, thin crispy crust with a lot of ingredients. We order our steak and asked to be cooked to medium. The T-bone steak turn out to be cooked to perfection. We end our meal with some gelato and tiramisu. Despite I am a non desert eater but I can say their desert are great😋. Wonderful experience and a perfect place to dine!

We had the lunch semi buffet ($338)with two pasta mains, the truffle tagliolino (+$) and the lobster tagliolini (+$148). The truffle one was my fav since I prefer creamier sauces. The buffet table also has a huge selection of appetizers, like cooked aubergines, baked portello mushrooms with cheese and at least 15 other dishes. There's also a selection of cheese and cold cuts. When you're done with everything, there's also a dessert corner with tiramisu, chocolate Gamache, caramel nuts, sweet croissants and fruits. Whew! I wondered if anyone has ever tried tasting everything before?

After I asked where to scan the code for the “Be Safe” app, not only was I not told where to swipe but they just pretended they didn’t hear me. The food was good, but the service was terrible. 平時成日經過依間野都好想試吓見咁靚 應該幾好坐同幾好食終於有一日lunch黎食Book左枱 黎到都唔full喎坐係幾好坐 環境幾好~~~首先經過左buffet bar area都唔太吸引所以2個人都決定散叫野食 唔叫套餐叫左個前菜、意粉同牛扒野食整體上真係比相像中一般牛食落又好普通..又偏乾意粉唔覺有咩咁特別 麵既質地唔係好好食..好普通真係無咩surprise話好食係失望左🙈 上菜都好慢 服務真係一般下次未必會再黎..
