這是我在中環去過上百家中高端餐廳中，最差最差最差的餐廳，主要是服務，嚇死人。我等了很久，無人照顧，便非常有禮貌的問excuse me，服務員全然不理會，幾乎沒人的餐廳都不理人，我以為他聽不見，然後又禮貌地說聲excuse me還是不理我，我過了一會再說了一聲excuse me，結果這位服務員突然發怒了！大吼了一聲hold on！ 我嚇了一跳，沒所謂其實，兇一句還是能承受的。寫評論是因為，我是帶客戶來的一個商務午餐，這讓我的客人帶他來這種地方太差勁，招呼不周，生意都不想做了，極度失禮人。所以留個評語，希望大家選擇這家餐廳進行商務飯局的時候，三思，謹慎。如果不是有客戶在不想被其他事情干擾的話，我就去問這個服務生名字，到經理那裏投訴了。簡直離譜⋯

今日到Gaia Ristorante呢間西餐廳大快朵頤，真係食到我心花怒放🌸！Buffet Appetisers真係一絕，啲大蝦新鮮得滯，煙三文魚香滑過水，彈牙得嚟香口無比。仲食到一款香蕉燉蛋不得了，軟綿綿甜蜜蜜嘅滋味，正到爆！至於蛋餅嘅驚喜，真係出乎意料，蛋香四溢咁滿足住我每一啖。壓軸嘅Lobster Tagliolini，分量嚟講算係令人心滿意足。龍蝦味道鮮甜，煙韌有勁，每一啖都咁滿足。傍邊嘅蘆筍同蕃茄做配角，都係偷晒光，提升咗整體嘅味道層次感。關於個意粉，煮到啱啱好，吸收晒海鮮嘅精華，我講得出，好味到讓人忍唔住要瞓係度💤！每一次去攞Buffet Appetisers嗰陣，服務員都即刻送上新嘅刀叉，服務細心得嚟又貼心。食完海鮮後，仲有好多款水果等緊我，一樣新鮮，一啖一啖都係自然嘅甜。總結嚟講，Gaia Ristorante絕對係間值得放縱一次嘅好地方，就算價錢有啲高，但偶爾咁嘅享受，都係值得嘅🌟！

平時多來食午餐，今晚女人仔聚會，特別介紹友人試吓，果然沒失禮。最後我們埋單後才記得我們在開飯訂位，有9折，便跟服務員講，他們沒有查核便退了剛才多付的。朋友還說他們服務很好，又說下次再來。

又一餐故地重遊但歷久常新的體驗，未介紹已經要先給一個大贊！大家都知我對於性價比這個指標不十分看重，因為香港先天環境獨特(我是指租金)，很難有一把可以全天候適用的尺去量度性價比，這是我個人的見解。不過，今次重遊多年沒來的Gaia，實在難掩一句:「嘩！抵食喎! 」Gaia初初開業的頭幾年我是常客，當年中高級意大利餐廳選擇實在不多，香港很多意大利餐廳都經營得很有傳統風味，而Gaia的出品也非常有水準。一別多年，知道Gaia這些年屹立不倒必有因，今次朋友約午飯聚餐揀在這裡，本來以為只是去吃一餐情意結，但結果喜出望外！閒日Set Lunch $349 (忘記了是$349 or $359)，頭盤Antipasti的豐富程度接近半個full buffet級。Antipasti做頭盤的意大利餐廳在香港我實在去過不少，論選擇之豐富齊全、論味道論質素，這裡的Antipasti完勝，無得彈！主菜我揀了煎比目魚，賣相、擺盤、配菜全部一流，煎煮比目魚的功夫了得，薄薄輕煎，肉質嫩滑，吃了一大碟豐富的Antipasti後來這味魚真的很匹配。朋友揀了慢煮雞髀，賣相極好，看著朋友把雞肉切開已知道肉質的嫩滑，真係心思思想

Came here at around 8pm, and there was an abundant of outdoor seating. It's got a romantic feel to it, with the candles, tablecloth, dim lighting, and sitting outdoors. It wasn't that packed, in fact there was a lot of seats and I was surprised, since I use to come here a lot with my parents more than a dacde ago for fancy birthday dinners. Tonight, I was accosted by a friendly waiter who convinced me and my girlfriend to grab a table, as we were both looking over at the menus. We said why not. 

Good and services are both terrible. 1. Clam Spaghetti was too salty and the pork chop tasted very average. 2. The waitress collecting the dishes smelled awful apparently she just finished having a ciggy backdoor. She should have made the ciggy smelly removed before serving customers. I had never gone to a restaurant that a waiter or waitress’ smell made me sick. This is considered part of the services and quality of the restaurant? I will not and will not recommend anyone go this place.

⭕️總評：上環最熱鬧一帶，一間旺中帶靜的半露天意大利餐廳，位置方便，環境舒閒。西餐廳老外多過華人，通常有一定保證。果然，Semi buffet lunch質素不錯：較出名是main dish的poached egg w/ black truffle，黑松露香氣籠罩了火候恰好的水煮蛋，蘸脆片吃很匹配；buffet部分的Parma ham, mussels, clams, Brie cheese亦有中上水準。💵Budget: $500 pp (lunch)📍 Gaia Ristorante (上環)上環皇后大道中181號新紀元廣場低座地下

餐廳環境好舒服😊柔和燈光配合西式裝修，有室內室外, 因為依加仲係好熱, 我地揀咗室內~ 服務亦都無可挑剔, 可能因為少人✌️~ 而我地6位用餐, 但張枱有啲細😣頭盤: 麵包籃 (佢會睇人數俾份量)普通麵包, 食晒都已經飽飽地😆魷魚配紅蝦🦐食完又唔覺得好熱氣~ 嗌咗2個Pizza🍕Pizza係好薄好脆, 仲勁大塊!Tiramisu , 味道一般，但唔會好甜🥰總括食物係好味道, 但有啲貴~如果係特別日子要慶祝就一流👏 係咁嘅環境傾吓計飲下酒最Chill🥂

｜✏️環境: 7/10｜✏️位置: 5/10｜✏️選擇性:5/10｜✏️時段: 15:00烈日當空，唔知食咩，星期日中環無咩餐廳開門，尤其係lunch time後，由大館行落去行下行下，呢間成日經過又無食，就入去坐低，佢本身係有 Semi-步飛，不過我地太晏啦，咁就叫 A-LA-CART。越坐就越熱，定係外國人熱開，滴晒汗喎老友，不過我覺得好amazing既係用緊傳統桌布，好似酒樓咁，真係幾辛苦，要換成張枱布之餘，要洗，要漂白，你間舖唔洗留位用黎洗衫，都要留位放咁鬼多枱布拎去洗同換，真係晒唔少位，真係幾舊式，呢樣野係讚讚。( sorry，無影環境相)一埋位，有包類比你吔，我呢D薯片怪，佢塊薄脆好鬼正，仲有小小芝士味 (我覺得咋)，個面就都好食既，軟軟熟熟，不過食下食下都飽得下架..或者係我唔太岩食啦，個意粉呢，好硬，我問問位靚仔，佢答我話呢個就係咁整緊，所以正常就係未熟晒咁出，咁好啦，我就一般，如果各位食得唔太習慣硬既可以order個時要熟D。(佢咁講)叫左佢pizza，正常版既 Margarita Pizza，佢話有個special D既，辣辣地，不過我中意傳統呢隻，喂，不過話時話，佢呢間整

Not my first time to visit Gaia and this time I got to write an review. Unfortunately we spend our time busy in enjoying our food and forgot to take photos. Next time will for sure do some good shooting. Tonight we had dinner at Gaia and the restaurant is rather quiet. Including us there are total 3 tables and thus the service is exceptionally good. Walking into Gaia Ristorante is a vibe, especially when the heaters outside were on and you're scrolling through the potted plants facing the water fountain, definitely doesn't feel like HK.We had the lunch semi buffet ($338)with two pasta mains, the truffle tagliolino (+$) and the lobster tagliolini (+$148). I was brought here by my brother apparently have been here many times before. Standard array of anti-pasti. Because it’s Christmas time there is the Christmas lunch menu; The pasta is good but I find the arriabata not enough spicy. Wife’s salmon is good. Would like to try to alfresco next time.

At 12:15pm with the restaurant just open, three members of waiting staff were already stood around chatting while guests were arriving to be seated. After I asked where to scan the code for the “Be Safe” app, not only was I not told where to swipe but they just pretended they didn’t hear me. The food was good, but the service was terrible. 平時成日經過依間野都好想試吓見咁靚 應該幾好坐同幾好食終於有一日lunch黎食Book左枱 黎到都唔full喎坐係幾好坐 環境幾好～～～首先經過左buffet bar area都唔太吸引所以2個人都決定散叫野食 唔叫套餐叫左個前菜、意粉同牛扒野食整體上真係比相像中一般牛食落又好普通..又偏乾意粉唔覺有咩咁特別 麵既質地唔係好好食..好普通真係無咩surprise話好食係失望左🙈 上菜都好慢 服務真係一般下次未必會再黎..

我好鐘意有落地玻璃既餐廳。嗰種開洋的既感覺，就好似你瞓到自然醒， 好悠閒咁食lunch，然後一到陽光透入窗內，感受到的，是陽光既溫暖，同假期自由自在既氣息。去到意大利餐廳不可不試佢哋嘅意粉🍝 🦐紅蝦意粉🍝每條意粉都掛滿醬汁, 濃厚美味尤其是，食材好新鮮， 🍅鮮番茄同🦐紅蝦， 🍝除了有🍅嘅酸咪咪又帶住🦐紅蝦蝦膏鮮甜味道，滲透每一條意粉 啖啖香濃雞油菌蘑菇和黑松露🧀🍕意大利大師傳統工藝手作麵團即叫即烤餅底既香脆又鬆軟,天然配料，芝士，配上珍貴的黑松露真正傳統意大利風味!瑪格麗特🍕🍅番茄醬、辣豬肉腸、意大利芝士 ， 新鮮簡單嘅食材帶來不平凡嘅味道。。。
