復活節假期最後一天 同女朋友仔相約下午在太古康怡睇戲 女朋友仔就介紹我去太古城3樓大食代既Express Teppanyaki鐵板燒食午飯 之前女朋友食過話好好食去到目的地,發現人流都幾多幸運地剛剛有客埋單走人我同女朋友仔就坐低了,我坐低看見,原來所有食物在鐵板炒完係用石紙上菜架,好特別。門面特別場內環境美觀大廚表演廚藝功架1。油墨菜:份量好多,炒得好香又爽口,不過炒得過左火位,比較燶少少。2:羅宋湯+黑芝麻白飯:羅宋湯一般,好淡,又唔熱既。黑芝麻飯幾特別,飯軟硬度剛剛好。3。黑椒雞肉+芽菜:大廚炒完用石紙上菜,放在坐位面前,熱烘烘熱辣辣的雞肉肉質彈牙嫩滑,雞肉又唔韌喎,絕無雪藏味,配合黑芝麻白飯,勁正囉。 芽菜就一般,勝在份量多。4。沙嗲羊肉+芽菜:熱烘烘的又係放係坐位面前用石紙上既這個羊肉仲正出奇地無羶味,肉質鮮美嫩滑,羊肉唔韌係超淋既,比較起黑椒雞肉,沙嗲羊肉就好食好多了。 continue reading

好多時經過太古城既food court, 成日都見到好多人排隊食鐵板餐,d嘢食一定唔差,心郁郁想試好耐。是日剛好约左朋友係康怡睇戲, 一於晚餐就去試下先……6點鐘排隊,等十几分鐘左右就有位了,邊等邊睇定個Menu, 有set ga wor, 朋友揀左52蚊呢個餐,包有湯、飯、炒菜、葱花蛋及豬肉。而我就想食炒羊肉,54蚊一set, 但就無 葱花蛋囉!炒薄切既豬肉及羊肉,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,加左辣辣既沙爹醬同葱花一齊炒,越嚼越香,勁惹味 !朋友唔食羊肉, 都讚少羶味,而我就勁愛吃呢!葱花蛋 ,蛋炒得夠滑溜,加上葱花後更香。芽菜及油墨菜 ,又多又爽口。仲有大大碗芝麻飯及清甜既青红蘿蔔湯 呢!呢餐鐵板餐 認真超值呢! continue reading

睇戲前有45分鐘食晚飯,本來想去商場一間有名氣嘅西餐廳,可惜無時間排隊,去food court希望快食一餐,朋友揀咗呢間,坐低我叫咗個鐵板羊柳套餐($89)加$15多個小菜同特飲,我揀咗菜甫煎蛋,蘆薈蜜桃紅茶(少冰)不過無得少甜,其實除了主菜,都唔知套餐有乜嘢,先上一碗清湯,再來推堆芽菜,有黑芝麻白飯,油墨菜,菜甫蛋,蒜粒羊柳,全部師傅會燒好放響坐位前嘅鍚紙上,即燒一定夠熱,鐵板燒一定會油,不過可接受,配合湯同飯,餸菜味道唔錯,半小時攪掂,主菜羊柳粒唔蘇,淋身唔韌,配合蒜粒食,好正!菜甫蛋一般,食咗朋友嘅主菜牛肩扒粒,淋身唔韌,但無乜牛味,我覺得羊好味道啲!朋友的椒鹽豆腐較乾,一般!紅茶真的有少冰,有蘆薈粒,不會太過甜,清一清油膩感!幾滿足!地方全部向鐵板,可以見到師傅炒每一味菜,因為無卡位,全面向鐵板,我兩個人傾偈無問題,人多就傾唔到,地方乾淨,最緊要抽風幾好,唔會食完成身味!侍應勤快,有問必答! continue reading

好耐冇食太古城FOOD COURT嘅鐵板燒啦~重新裝修之後, o黎咗2位好高大嘅師傅, 手藝睇落好純熟, 決定再試吓... (裝修前D師傅水準越搞越唔穩定)同之前唔同嘅係, 之前D蔬菜係用錫紙上, 好易整爛食咗落肚, 而家轉咗用碟上...套餐嘅芽菜依舊, A菜變椰菜就有d失望, 仲多咗碟辣辣地嘅涼伴青瓜, 幾爽脆... 佢碗白飯OK o架, 粒粒米都咁大粒, 加埋黑芝麻食仲香d...椒鹽雞脾菇--新增菜式, 連蔥炒香好多, HONEY話味道都OK, 不過雞脾菇都係切薄片好食D喎...鐵板羊西冷--新增菜式, 好得喎D羊, 有羊味, 又唔韌, 一啖一粒SIZE啱啱好, 最正係, 黑椒同蒜粒份量任你隨意配搭, 以快餐o黎講簡直係超班!!!基本上芽菜椰菜雞脾菇都係用果4支調味料(豉油, 酒, 油, 水), 再加d蒜蓉或者黑椒, 所以無論你叫咩食, d調味大致上係一樣嘅... 今次呢2位師傅水準好平均, 比初開業時嘅師傅更加好, 希望以後都係佢地煮就好啦~ continue reading
