鳳爪排骨飯

I finally found this all day dim sum place at Sheung Wan. No need to expect excellent services, and have a great varieties of dim sum, we can still some of the key dim sum here. 未食先一肚氣晚上人少,部分單人或2人都安排4人枱,我們原坐在6人枱,拎著個大包包和樂器,職員要求我們坐去4人枱,我們話唔介意搭枱佢都唔理,前後坐了個女仔,個琴撞親人我也不好意思😕坐左十幾分鐘都無人入座,之後卻安排2個年靑人坐6人枱,問番職員佢就超大聲同我理論,完全睇佢心情去安排,咩世界!

This restaurant usually have a long queue during lunch or dinner hours. Luckily i tried it in weekdays non-rush hours so I can get a seat without long waiting. Nearly half of the restaurant is filled up with foreigners. The menu is written in both english and chinese (and the english version is properly translated unlike those in China. You cannot even tell by their translated english whether that dishes has any meat.) The restaurant setting is elegant in a traditional Chinese style. We ordered chinese beef meat balls, which is so tender and have a nice coriander smell. The shrimp dumplings have a transparent thin wrap and the shrimps are big and fresh. The waiters are very helpful. Some of them even can speak simple english in order to help foreigners to make their first dim sum order. The price there is fairly charged. Sure I will recommend this place to my friend in foreign country.

平日甚少去酒樓食點心,不是不喜歡一盅兩件,而是大部分酒樓水準都頗低。下班時路經上環禧利街,朋友提議不如食點心作晚餐,不用苦惱食什麼當然好啦。點心店晚上人也不少,近9成滿。點心紙上的款式不算多,都是一些傳統點心,點了幾款蒸點試試。蝦餃飲茶必點之一,裡面的蝦大隻兼彈牙,肥膏甚少。碧綠豆苗餃餡多調味剛好,餃皮薄得來夠實淨,夾起來不會破,欣賞師傅好手工。雞絲腸粉通常上茶樓都是點牛肉腸粉及叉燒腸,雞絲又真的沒見識過,感覺上會少些肥膩。雞絲算滑,清清地還不錯。髮菜鯪魚球粥填肚之選,卻意外有驚喜。粥煮得很綿,鯪魚球混了蝦米及冬菇,味道更豐富,大大碗都只是30元。時菜前經過聚點坊見它裝修光鮮,總覺得應該不便宜,但是原來每人3元茶價,整個晚餐140元有找。食物有水準又不貴,難怪經常座無虛席。

飲茶必點之一,裡面的蝦大隻兼彈牙,肥膏甚少。

通常上茶樓都是點牛肉腸粉及叉燒腸,雞絲又真的沒見識過,感覺上會少些肥膩。雞絲算滑,清清地還不錯。

上個星期轉左project, 要到中環番工,以為中環一定又貴又無野食,想不到附近都有許多不同餐廳,而且出品唔錯。同事們帶我到這間中式點心茶居(茶居是指飲茶的店舖,茶居不像大酒樓,可容立很多茶客,只可容立二十多個茶客。),lunch time向來好多人,飲茶人更多,排了很耐隊才有位。我們點了不同點心,包括有糯米雞,流沙奶皇包,酥皮叉燒包,蝦餃燒賣, 鹹水角,馬拉糕,牛肉球,蝦腸 等, 糯米雞是廣東的一種點心,製法是以荷葉包著糯米,中央放著雞肉,叉燒肉,鹹蛋黃, 冬菇等餡料,一般糯米雞份量很大,有些酒樓糯米雞份量小的話,會有兩隻, 這間茶居點心很傳統,糯米雞份量很多,幾位同事分享來食才食得哂,而且味道唔錯,餡料豐富且醬汁夠多。流沙奶皇包雖然不太大,但奶皇很流心, 名副其實的皮薄餡靚;酥皮叉燒包亦是值得推介的點心之一,外層很酥脆,餡料很juicy,而且新鮮熱辣,幾好味;蝦餃燒賣味道則一般,燒賣肉質較鬆散,蝦餃的粉皮較厚,略嫌不夠薄,但味道可以。

I enjoyed my dinner here. All day dim-sum place, I order Siu Mai, shrimp dumplings, Crispy BBQ Pork Bun (a little too sweet in my opinion), and the fantastic Creamy Custard Bun. Service is fast and good, food is also fast and its a place that seems to be normally busy. I understand why tho!
