今晚我們去咗灣仔駱克道嘅「辣椒會」食晚飯!我們叫咗辣椒膏炒蟹、咖哩炒蟹、辣青檸魚、燒牛柳片、炸魚餅、泰式燒鷄「半隻」、蒜蓉炒通菜同紅咖哩牛腩!辣椒膏炒蟹同咖哩炒蟹嘅蟹非常新鮮同超大隻,肉質相當鮮甜彈牙,辣椒膏嘅味道唔會太辣,而且好香甜惹味,而咖哩汁嘅椰汁味道好香甜濃郁!辣青檸魚非常新鮮,肉質相當鮮甜嫩滑!燒牛柳片燒得肉質好香口嫩滑,完全唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺!炸魚餅充滿住惹味香濃嘅香茅同冬蔭功味,肉質好爽甜彈牙!泰式燒鷄「半隻」燒得相當皮脆肉嫩,鷄味非常濃郁!蒜蓉炒通菜炒得鑊氣十足,味道相當惹味!紅咖哩牛腩嘅牛腩嘅肉質極之鬆軟嫩滑,而且入口即溶,醬汁嘅味道相當濃郁! continue reading

雖然唔太食到辣(最多接受到少辣), 但就是喜歡泰國菜, 因為泰國菜總是很惹味開胃, 這間店亦是我常幫襯的一間。是日午餐1行3人, 午餐如下:炸蝦餅($44): 1碟有3件, 蝦餅係冬甩型, 有蝦味, 夠彈牙, 但就偏油, 見到碟底張紙都吸了好多油, 不過食落就唔太覺, 表面一層仲有少少脆。碟邊有幾件酸菜, 醃得很入味, 用來解油膩最適合。 蝦餅配的醬係似蜜糖質地偏甜的甜辣醬。燒牛柳片($68): 牛柳片切得很薄, 1碟約有10小塊, 燒得剛剛好, 不會太乾, 咬起來還有少少肉汁, 有燒的香味, 此小食配一碟非常辣的辣汁, 辣到我食唔到~ 黃咖哩雞$82: 咖哩有很多選擇, 有紅、黃、綠、甜等款式的咖哩, 問過侍應, 最少辣的是黃咖哩, 所以基乎每次都叫這款, 今次選了雞肉。黃咖哩汁內有雞肉, 洋蔥及薯仔。煮得唔太入味, 薯仔只是剛變淋, 洋蔥都還是爽身, 雞肉應是白烚好之後放入汁度煮, 但不算油。亦叫了1客大飯$26, 全枱分享。用咖哩汁混入白飯中是很不錯呢~蝦醬通菜$55: 上碟的菜顏色還是很嫩綠, 惹味的蝦醬配口感嫩的通菜, 好味, 炒得好好!酸辣蝦湯(細) $46: 其實英文係TOM YUM KONG, 夠酸也辣, 3人分享的話其實每人都只有幾口(約細半碗), 這個湯沒有椰汁味, 餐前先飲很開胃。甜品係芒果糯米飯$35: 芒果的擺放是很有美感亦容易食, 有黑及白糯米各1小團, 糯米飯團面舖有椰漿。糯米夠淋亦煙韌好食~!這幾道菜基本上是每次必吃, 而且每次都能保持水準。 continue reading

曰曰做到無停手,weekend 要享受一下。午餐食咗米芝蓮一星法國菜,發現米芝蓮推介的真的很不錯。今晚同hubby 再試下米芝蓮推介泰菜。咖喱蝦:咖喱香滑重奶味,送飯一流;蝦已去豰,方便易食,肉質爽弾。蒜蓉炒通菜:好有鑊氣,蒜汁滲入通菜中,通菜也很嫩,讚!泰式燒雞:有炭火香,雞皮脆肉嫩多汁,配合甜酸汁就更加惹味!芒果糯米飯:細細份,芒果少少酸,加埋椰汁糯米飯一齊食,甜甜酸酸,「煙」靭有咬口,又幾好味。這家果然算是一很不錯的泰菜餐廳! continue reading
