没想到我会专门来写差评,但chili hut值得周五pm7没有什么客人,我该在进门的时候就意识到这说明什么。很遗憾,我还是坐下来点了菜。炭烤猪颈肉,烧大虾,炒粉,冬阴功。这几个菜应该连地摊排挡都可以做的不难吃,可惜这家店擅长给人惊喜。冬阴功除了呛人的酸味没有别的味道,烤猪颈干得仿佛在沙漠里放了几天的饼干,烤大虾卖相不错,只是味道是虾头和碳的苦味。炒粉则可能是鼻涕成了精。美好的周五真的让人不想去浪费时间和热量吃这种垃圾。这种口味完全需要厨师来给个解释。我请服务生买单--此时我桌上的菜几乎都只吃了一口,另外请她向厨师转达今天的菜真是糟透了。我想,即使是麦当劳也该对此有所回应。但这家店尊贵的主厨并未出现,可能忙于在厨房炮制给其他客人的猛料吧。这餐饭一共花去约500文,不算什么fine dining,但这个体验可以说值得一写。希望其他人不要来吃这个亏。

燒豬頸肉沙律

咖哩蝦

咖哩汁超級好味,加入雞蛋,份量調配得剛剛好,配白飯非常夾,大廚用了已剝殼的大蝦,新鮮夠爽。很邪惡,不知不覺就吃掉整碟咖哩汁。

泰式炸蝦餅

There's something always nostalgic about this place, we used to come so much when I was younger and the place used to be heaving all the time. Sad to see it lying empty every time I go back now. It's definitely under appreciated, a small hidden gem in Wan Chai with so much potential. Has such a nice spot on Lockhart road with great windows for people watching. The food is still pretty good, but now seems no different to a lot of Thai places, you can get these tastes in almost any Thai restaurant

The food is still pretty good, but now seems no different to a lot of Thai places, you can get these tastes in almost any Thai restaurant in any corner of HK, not making it that special anymore. Satay meat were a bit tough, but the Phad Thai and morning glory we had were still full of good flavours. Papaya salad was a bit small and not that spicy, but still nice. Will still go back for the nostalgia

唔辣既辣椒,你又聽過未?唔好話我孤陋寡聞啦,之前睇飲食節目係有架。但係作為香港地用辣椒打正旗號既餐廳、如果入面賣既野根本唔辣,大家又點睇?一班人之中總有幾個鐘意食辣,泰國菜更加係走唔甩既環節,經過一番苦惱既搜查工作之後,終於搵到呢間Chili Club~眾人準備大辣一餐。入門口之後要經過一條長長既樓梯先到鋪頭,我就覺得幾有中世紀feel….但我班同事居然話係殘舊破爛既樓梯。睇睇menu~喂正wo!全部item都好經濟幾十蚊咋,仲有好多選擇添。咁多人就咩都叫下啦,叫下辣野先。我地問店員咩咖哩係最辣,佢居然答我地:「青咖哩、紅咖哩、黃咖哩、白咖哩都辣架。」咁即係點?最尾佢推薦左青咖哩。平時都知道青咖哩同白咖哩係無咁辣,點解佢會推俾我地呢?首先當然係食沙律做前菜先,青木瓜沙律係泰國菜必備item啦!算係幾清新爽口,不過份量真係細到嚇人、只用平時茶樓用作盛杯既碟仔裝住。可能前菜比較細碟,我地又睇下其他菜係味咁先。冬陰公湯又係細到離譜,已經係叫大size,但每人只係分得兩三湯匙左右,咁不如唔好飲啦….我覺得個湯偏甜、而且唔夠酸同辣,但味道大致可以接受。再來一個鳳爪、從第三碟菜已經可以肯定呢間餐廳

全部item都好經濟幾十蚊咋,仲有好多選擇添。咁多人就咩都叫下啦,叫下辣野先。我地問店員咩咖哩係最辣,佢居然答我地:「青咖哩、紅咖哩、黃咖哩、白咖哩都辣架。」咁即係點?最尾佢推薦左青咖哩。平時都知道青咖哩同白咖哩係無咁辣,點解佢會推俾我地呢?

首先當然係食沙律做前菜先
,青木瓜沙律係泰國菜必備item啦!算係幾清新爽口,不過份量真係細到嚇人、只用平時茶樓用作盛杯既碟仔裝住。可能前菜比較細碟,我地又睇下其他菜係味咁先。

冬陰公湯又係細到離譜,
已經係叫大size,但每人只係分得兩三湯匙左右,咁不如唔好飲啦….我覺得個湯偏甜、而且唔夠酸同辣,但味道大致可以接受。

再來一個鳳爪、
從第三碟菜已經可以肯定呢間餐廳之所以碟碟菜都咁平係因為份量係出面既一半甚至三份一,同事們基本上無可能均分所有菜式,有人食唔到飯、有人食唔到沙律…呢個泰式酸辣鳳爪已經分開半隻半隻咁上碟,只有五個人夾左、每人半隻加一兩片洋蔥就無曬成碟,可想而知成碟有幾多!味道亦都係淡淡的,完全唔覺辣。

侍應推薦既青咖哩雞,
入面既雞唔可以用一件件黎形容、只可以話係一粒粒雞去形容。其餘配料只有零零落落幾片青紅椒同一兩粒草菇….各人都覺得被騙了~Again,店員口中話全餐廳既咖哩基本上一D都唔辣囉。﹝利申:平時我食雲X香只食微辣,小辣都受唔住﹞

個椰子炒飯味道唔錯,
全靠分到一碗仔個人先稍稍飽肚一d….但其實係同菠蘿炒飯無咩分別,只係個容器唔同左。而d椰子肉又長又大塊、喺個既底部無同個炒飯mix埋一齊,所以都無咩人會食d椰肉。

所以下次黎之前要確保自己係細食同埋會食下午茶、亦都係唔想食辣先好黎呀!
