呢間都係間念念不忘嘅餐廳,因為會恆常轉menu,而且會用啲特別啲嘅食材,所以間唔時就會想食下。醬漬蘭王蛋鹽麴燒牛小排丼飯想食牛小排丼飯的話,可以係book位嘅時候一早留定先。牛嘅份量幾多,鋪滿成個飯面。用鹽麴醃製嘅牛小排,肉質比平時軟熟,食落口竟然唔會有過份嘅咸,而係保留到牛小排嘅味道。中間隻蘭王蛋醬漬過,質地係流心半凝固狀態,撈飯一流。幽庵燒本灣懵仔魚我記得之前有試過佢地嘅幽庵燒,意外地好食。今次選用嘅懵仔魚係本土養殖,同樣用呢個方法烹調,肉質保持到扎實嫩滑,魚嘅油脂平均,但份量略少,因為太好食了。自家製GoldenRum焦糖忌廉芝士雞蛋布丁因為加咗忌廉芝士,所以整體係扎實型布丁,口感比較豐滿。而落咗golden rum酒,食落係大人口味嘅布丁。整體係一間間唔時想去食嘅餐廳,會期待佢嘅新Menu,新嘅食物配搭。今次因為生日去,撞正佢地嘅birthday promotion。

我記得之前有試過佢地嘅幽庵燒,意外地好食。今次選用嘅懵仔魚係本土養殖,同樣用呢個方法烹調,肉質保持到扎實嫩滑,魚嘅油脂平均,但份量略少,因為太好食了。

因為加咗忌廉芝士,所以整體係扎實型布丁,口感比較豐滿。而落咗golden rum酒,食落係大人口味嘅布丁。
