已經很久很久沒吃過自助餐,見到港島太平洋酒店中西‧環餐廳最近重開自助餐,換上中式風格的「潮茶菜館」新主題,以芬芳馥郁的茶飲為基礎加入食物中調味,將潮洲獨特醇厚的飲食文化呈現在餐桌上,就趕快來大吃一頓止住我的buffet 癮。餐廳環境寬敞,而且座位亦比以前排得更鬆動,充滿空間感,設有落地玻璃,坐擁維港景致,入夜後迷人夜景盡入眼簾,店員勤快收碟執拾,坐得舒服自在。進入餐廳時會有員工替賓客量度體溫,所有餐廳員工及客人自取食物時均會配戴口罩,提供消毒搓手液潔淨雙手,衛生程度更見嚴謹,讓食客吃得更安心。幾個月沒吃buffet的日子,心裡最掛著的當然是無限任食的冰鎮海鮮,這次終於可以食個夠本!全晚源源不絕地供應,款式有波士頓龍蝦、蟹腳、藍青口、翡翠螺、凍蝦和蜆。我自己尤其推介蟹腳,來貨夠新鮮,爽彈蟹肉雪白細膩,鎖住原始鮮甜海味,龍蝦更是啖啖肉,海鮮控必能大飽口福 *o*部分餐點如烤肉、魚生刺身、雞蛋仔增設點菜紙,就如日式放題般,任點任食,減少排隊輪候時間和避免人群聚集。魚生刺身都是即叫即切,再由侍應送上枱。龍井炒蝦仁玉白鮮嫩,利用茶的香氣替菜肴增添淡雅風味,透出誘人的鮮味清香。鐵觀音話梅炆元蹄炆得極之軟腍入味,酸甜味可以去除豬手肥膩的感覺。慢燒蝦醬美國豬肋骨加上潮州菜常用的蝦醬作調味,肉質軟腍嫩滑,不會過韌,咬一口肉輕易便離骨。花膠含豐富的膠原蛋白,嚼勁十足,爽彈又有營,這道壽眉花膠濃湯浸時蔬味道清淡,老少咸宜。熱盤方面亦中西合璧,除了中菜主題之外,也有pizza、薯角、意大利雲吞等西式菜。潮州蠔餅採用新式炸法,讓蠔餅脆口得來別具酥鬆空氣感。香煎紐西蘭龍脷魚肉質豐腴雪白,伴龍蝦汁入口更香滑。潮州滷水明檔超多款式,包括: 滷水鵝片、滷水鵝掌、滷水大墨魚、滷水紅腸、滷水豬腩肉、滷水蛋、滷水豆腐、潮州打冷菜 - 凍烏頭等等,由大廚獨家秘方熬製,承傳潮州人世代相傳的傳統味道。滷汁色澤清透,滷水味甘香沉厚,不會濃得死鹹。鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯椒香撲鼻而來,胡椒的辣味徹底融入湯水內,喝完一整碗立即暖入心扉。海底椰麥冬百合湯以原盅蒸燉,滋補燉湯真材實料,湯頭清澈,喝得出沒加味精。秋風起,食臘味,生炒臘味糯米飯煙韌有致,散發荷葉香氣,加入臘味粒拌炒,油分滲進飯粒,越嚼越有味。即叫即製潮式生滾粥有潮州方魚肉碎粥及潮州蠔仔粥可供選擇,粥底綿而滑帶米香。雖然已經吃到十成飽,但吃甜品的又是另一個胃 甜品賣相精緻誘人,單看已叫我這些甜點控心花怒放,而且切成一口size亦可以試盡更多款式。焦糖合桃鐵觀音芝士蛋糕入口軟滑,隱約滲出含蓄茶香平衡甜度,不會像一般的芝士蛋糕容易吃膩。洋甘菊柚子蛋糕質感就如雪朵般輕柔綿密,清新柚子蜜夾層散發天然酸甜果香。銀杏芋蓉慕絲蛋糕顏色粉嫩,慕斯入口即化,芋頭蓉釋放純淨天然香氣,甜度不高。斑蘭蛋糕綠意盎然,質地鬆軟又有彈性,散發著一股清新天然芳香。我每次來到都必吃的即叫即製雞蛋仔,粒粒圓潤飽滿,外脆內軟,富有香濃蛋香。最後吃得再飽也不要忘記還有Häagen-Dazs雪糕任食! continue reading

Island Pacific Hotel 在中西區都有多年歷史,其實佢地既Buffet我都試過好幾次,但自從疫情開始後,已經有大半年冇再光顧,今日lunch剛巧有多點時間,便來食個lunch buffet。餐廳除左供應lunch buffet,宜家仲多左吾同既lunch set可以選擇,價格都係百多元便有交易,以酒店來講,實在抵食。刺身有好幾款,三文魚都幾新鮮肥美。冷盤有蝦、翡翠螺、藍青口、火腿、日式冷麵、沙律等。凍蝦肉質夠新鮮彈牙,我地都食左兩轉。餐湯有兩款,一中一西,不過味道比較普通,沒有驚喜。熟食選擇都唔少,有煎豬扒、蜜汁豬扒、白汁煮青口、蘑菇燜雞、法式香腸、意式薄餅、海南雞配油飯、蒸魚、燒牛肉、烤火腿。配菜有薯仔、蒜蓉炒西蘭花、烤茄子等。食物質素好平均,味道算是不錯,特別係白汁煮青口、蜜汁豬扒、燒牛肉同蒸魚係個人比較推介的,而薄餅有好多餡料,餅底夠脆,味道都唔錯。甜品反而是較為失望的,因為只有數款甜品,味道比較平淡,沒有驚喜。衹有迷你奶凍奶味夠濃,較為值得推薦。本來好期待既雞蛋仔,唔知係唔係人手唔夠,出來的效果都比較燶,有點失望。最開心嘅係呢度仲有haagen dazs雪糕提供,可以任食。最後來一杯熱咖啡和熱茶,簡單地過了一個輕鬆愉快的下午。整體來講,餐廳坐得非常舒適,服務不錯,就算過左二點半lunch 時段,都完全沒有趕客,可以喺酒店餐廳內坐足三小時,只需每人花費200元,實在值得推介。 continue reading

我在網上得到discount去了度過兩天一晚的假期。酒店服務很好 但自助餐則不敢恭維。首先 一進門 要量體溫及潔手 如此甚好!沒有甚麼不滿 但當我拎食物時 心感不妙。首先 食物種類很少 比如壽司只有固定的5-8款 刺身只有5 6款 麵包只佔一小角 沒有生蠔 沒有多款芝士 感覺不像別的酒店 一眼看去琳琅滿目。人手方面 主持檔的師傅很少 兩位師傅 有時甚至一位 要同時兼顧刺身 切肉 麵檔 導致上菜很慢 而且手法不純熟比如我食嘅一舊吞拿魚 竟然魚筋佔肉的一半 真不知閃食肉還是食筋 還有羊肉煮得太老 食唔到羊嘅味道 就像滾湯的肉般上文也提了一點食物質素 現再續 有生果 但浸在冰水之中 導致水果冰水味多於生果味 龍蝦肉中等 生蝦甘甜 蟹腳浸鹽水但一時鹹過頭 一時好味 不知原因 可能是水煮再落鹽而鹽不均 壽司飯團好凍咁樣(個人觀感:爭鮮都好過佢) 冷盤最好味 對比熱食甜品方面 一般 雪糕haagen dazs最好味 中式糖水ok 雞蛋仔好味 糕點個人黎講好難食 比如個合桃cake好奇怪嘅組合環境 都叫好好 可以望海 唔污糟 地方大服務 侍應非常好嘅服務 收碟加水好快呢到個敗筆係食物質素 continue reading

小小豬話佢好耐都冇去食自助餐,咁見佢考完試,成績又令我非常滿意,咁就帶佢嚟開心一下啦!港島太平洋酒店我地都嚟過好幾次,因為老公覺得依間抵食之餘,佢嘅熱葷就最啱佢兩父子,尤其今次依個以潮州菜為主題嘅「潮茶菜館」自助晚餐,依兩個潮州父子就緊係啱晒。嚟到第一時間就當然要去睇下今次嘅潮州滷水檔,睇下有咩食啦~ 嘩...基本上大部分潮州滷水檔嘅食物都有,好似有滷水鵝、滷水鵝掌、滷水大墨魚、滷水紅腸....,就連潮州凍魚都有,真係超豐富呀!唔止款式多,個味仲啱啱好,唔覺唔覺我地三口子都食都唔知幾多轉啦~當然唔少得海鮮冷盤,種類都算多,而且佢地回得都好快。老公就最鐘意食凍龍蝦,仲話啲肉質夠新鮮又彈牙。我自己就鐘意食長腳蟹多少少,啖啖肉好正呀~ 為防止疫情同保持海鮮嘅衛生,所以會有一位職員姐姐為我地夾所需要嘅食物添~ 熱葷都有好多選擇,而且都幾好食,不過我就比較鐘意煎蠔餅、龍井炒蝦仁同埋鐵觀音話梅炆元蹄,個味都好特別,仲有好多耐食嘅韮菜豬紅都唔錯呀~ 仲有小小豬至愛嘅臘味糯米飯添~ 當然唔少得刺身同壽司~ 依個小小豬有得自己鐘意食咩就去拎,佢就緊係超興奮,仲食得不知幾享受~ 仲有即叫即煮嘅潮式生滾粥~ 我依個咸菜胡椒豬肚粥絕對係一個推介呀~ 當然唔好少左甜品時間~ 今次幾款甜品都好吸引到我,用中式食材嚟做蛋糕,口感又幾特別,我就比較鐘意洋甘菊柚子蛋糕、銀杏芋蓉慕絲蛋糕同埋焦糖合桃鐵觀音芝士蛋糕~ 除左蛋糕之外,小小豬就緊係唔放過生果同豆腐花啦~ 有隻傻豬仔初時以為左冇左雞蛋仔食有點失望,不過原來係佢眼大女睇過龍。因為枱上就有order紙,咁就唔洗係出面排隊等,舒舒服受坐定定就有得食啦~ 已經食左N轉熟,仲可以係度不停食甜品,依個小小豬一去食自助餐個胃口都待別大呀~ 最後就緊食要食埋杯Häagen-Dazs雪糕咁就完滿晒啦~ continue reading
