To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Nice atmosphere, coffee did not meet my expectations for a French cafe and food was ok. It was quiet and a good place to meet friends. Very comfortable furnishings. At the end, the lady gave us words about how we settled the bill (split into 2 smaller tables) even tho we spoke and agreed at the beginning to make it easy for her. She didn’t tell us we could order and pay individually but then said we should have done it this way. Wasn’t a big deal but didn’t appreciate her changing her mind and then making a fuss.

今日出中環開會，分了上下半場， 中間午餐沒著落， 我就承勢把握機會，享受Metime, 一個人跑上了大館吃lunch。想不到平日中午的大館餐廳客人不算少喎。不過佢有半露天，感覺很悠閒relax。我點了Set Lunch, 頭盤是巴馬火腿蜜瓜沙律。比較清新。主菜是香蒜辣椒欖油虎蝦意粉。加了份甜品，是法式可麗餅配香蕉朱古力醬。凍齋啡。巴馬火腿味道較淡，不過配著蜜瓜做頭盤還是可以的。意粉用了香蒜辣椒欖油炒，非常香口好味，蝦亦很彈牙，不過份量略少，男生可能吃不飽呢。甜品crepe很有蛋香味，忌廉幾滑，跟香蕉很搭，吃飽就要回到現實。。。。開會去了。
