Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.       星期六晚同家人一行四人去食自助餐，一入到去成張長枱擺滿甜品，夠氣派，相比五月黎嘅時候，甜品種類多咗。之後入到去，見到都坐滿，好熱鬧，餐廳職員服務態度好，主動提供協助，欣賞每位職員。最近主題係蟹，每人會有一隻大閘蟹，熟食部有人會燒帶子同蟹柳，但每次得一個人燒，每次只燒幾舊，好快就冇，所以成晚都冇機會食到，有啲可惜。另外，黎緊秋冬，如果有埋燉湯就好啦。 continue reading
