To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情過後一直未有時間去食buffet, 應該話未有勇氣帶埋BB一齊去食buffet, 趁住今個聖誕, BB又已經可以坐定定食街外野, 我就係kkday book咗如心酒店Cafe Circle食個聖誕buffet今次我地book左5點個輪, 可以食到7點半, 5點鬆D去到門口, 完全唔駛等位由staff帶入場, 枱面已經貼心放好左BB椅同埋BB餐具, 仲有聖誕玩具, 岩晒用黎消磨BB的好奇心, settle down之後我就去開動食野咯今次個buffet無生蠔任食, 因為我地唔太好蠔, 冷盤有鮑魚, 小龍蝦, 翡翠螺, 魚生, 熱盤都有好多選擇, 仲有D岩BB食添, 我就拎左白飯, 蒸魚, 西蘭花, 翠玉瓜同埋火雞俾佢食仲有一個位要讚的係-----呢度竟然有羊架!!!!!!同埋鵝肝多士!!!!!!仲要唔限取, 放係度任!!!!拎!!!!! 唔好意思, 我真係...食左好多件鵝肝多士, 因為真係超級好味甜品就更加唔駛講啦, 有成張長枱放甜品呀樹幹蛋糕, 哈根達斯, 豆腐花, 生果隨意拎, 真係俾多2個甜品胃我都搞唔掂呀由於聖誕節關係, 餐廳仲安排左扭波波同埋聖誕老人派禮物環節, 氹到我個仔超開心 continue reading
