人在尖沙咀的一個下午,肚子突然打鼓,遂進入一間冰室祭一祭五藏廟。茶記餐蛋治要做得好,麵包要烘得有燶位,塗了牛油的部份更帶著油香。厚切的午餐肉需煎得夠香夠脆;炒蛋必屬老蛋但卻呈濃郁蛋香油香。這份餐蛋治全中無話可說,全部格仔剔中晒!菠蘿包從來都是港人至愛之一,襯以雪糕又是甚麼效果?當香噴噴、熱烘烘的菠蘿包遇上凍冰冰、滑捋捋的雲呢拿雪糕,做就出冰火兩重天的感覺,甜美的享受,同時亦令邪惡指數爆錶,卻又令人毫無招架的餘地!大概這就是越邪惡越好食的道理吧。

味道正正常常

個雞髀只得雪味 調味全靠個汁
炸雞髀飯有得配嘢飲 我地就叫咗杯凍鴦
杯凍鴦第一啖已經係無味嘅 好似溝咗水咁
飲到最後冰融咗就更加無味
見到隔離檯個奄列賣相都好麻麻
好塌好扁 好似無乜料又唔係特別滑

Is the same old Chai chan Cheng. So many around nowadays around TST. Saw the video about the pork chop rice and lard. So wanted to try.Had lunch around 11:30 so no queue. Place was clean, menu was limited, all standard and usual dishes. Tried the pork chop rice and a fried. Rice. Really there was nothing special. Waitress got our order wrong On a few things . Getting paid also was an error To sum up, nothing worth visiting

見個個大推呢間嘢,咁就去試吓食完出到嚟,我只有「中伏」二字。入到去的確有以前冰室嘅格局,打吓卡都幾好;冷氣都好足夠。嚟到冰室多數都會叫最麻甩嘅嘢啦。所以叫咗佢個馳名炸髀雙蛋飯、乾炒黑椒牛柳絲意粉、凍奶茶同凍檸茶。佢個馳名金牌生炸脾飯正常應該無得輸。但係食個吓個炸髀真係乾又無味,個黑椒汁好奇怪似喼汁多乾炒黑椒牛柳意粉,係無鑊氣;似汁撈多啲。唯一係牛柳絲還可以。個奶茶同檸檬茶茶底完全唔香..除非你係遊客想打個卡…食個啲菠蘿包雪糕/西多士,或者佢啲豬油撈飯如果唔係以呢個質素食完全同茶記爭好遠😩
