前菜係醃製咗12個月嘅薄切西班牙生和牛肉,配唐辛子辣椒和法式泡沫,味道鹹香。

中間係西班牙紅蝦刺身,上下兩層係墨汁果凍配百香果醬,甜酸清新。

在這麼好的環境吃這麼有特色的美食,都係$1388 一位,岩曬需要搵餐廳慶祝聚餐的每一位😘

《Bochord - 銅鑼灣》🥉又係星期五銅鑼灣工作天,今日朋友話帶我去食好西!食Fine Dining!一入到餐廳就有驚喜,喺商場樓上餐廳嘅裝修,有酒店餐廳嘅感覺。仲要睇海景,我成餐飯剛好由日頭食到變黑,睇哂成個日落,感覺呢間係情人節/出左糧想帶女朋友黎威威嘅好選擇!Bochord呢個字在古代英國解作收書室/圖書館,所以店內滿滿是英式高貴氣派,牆身都係書櫃裝飾,加上海景,360度都係打卡位,八點之後仲有樂隊唱歌未食已經讚緊。今日黎得食咁靚嘅餐廳,就叫左個Full Set嘅 Tasting Menu,人均$1388,八個 course。成餐飯由麵包作開始,已經係一絲不苟,特別係佢個青醬牛油十分香滑,搞到我食哂d麵包,極擔心食唔哂之後d野...另外我地都叫左2杯野飲,靚之餘唔算好貴,一百蚊上下。配埋個景用黎打卡都抵過出面叫啦!appetizer部份個人覺得Bochord嘅開胃菜做得特別出色,驚艷到我。第一道係用和牛風乾12個月嘅火腿,配個泡沫醬汁同經典黑醋同之後幾道菜都係一樣,廚子會用一個食材做幾個調味食法,等你每一啖都可以有變化。之後兩道開胃菜都係一個啫喱凍配他他造法,一個係墨魚汁加蝦

又係星期五銅鑼灣工作天,今日朋友話帶我去食好西!食Fine Dining!一入到餐廳就有驚喜,喺商場樓上餐廳嘅裝修,有酒店餐廳嘅感覺。仲要睇海景,我成餐飯剛好由日頭食到變黑,睇哂成個日落,感覺呢間係情人節/出左糧想帶女朋友黎威威嘅好選擇!Bochord呢個字在古代英國解作收書室/圖書館,所以店內滿滿是英式高貴氣派,牆身都係書櫃裝飾,加上海景,360度都係打卡位,八點之後仲有樂隊唱歌未食已經讚緊。

今日黎得食咁靚嘅餐廳,就叫左個Full Set嘅 Tasting Menu,人均$1388,八個 course。

成餐飯由麵包作開始,已經係一絲不苟,特別係佢個青醬牛油十分香滑,搞到我食哂d麵包,極擔心食唔哂之後d野...另外我地都叫左2杯野飲,靚之餘唔算好貴,一百蚊上下。配埋個景用黎打卡都抵過出面叫啦!

正當我食到第二道果陣仲問點解佢地咁鍾意他他?有d諷刺佢冇新意果陣奇蹟就發生,個Hokkaido King Scallop個基底係用青辣椒青檸雪葩襯托個帶子,我同朋友同時食到,對視而笑,真係好surprise!

之後係龍蝦湯,龍蝦湯近年仿佛成為左Fine Dining嘅標配,但今次呢個入面直頭有粒鮑魚。呢個湯係先擺盤再喺我地面前落湯,本身擺得已經相當精緻,落左湯又有第二種Presentation。如果你俾個鮑魚吸引,你就太膚淺。呢道菜真正勁係佢為入面再一個食材都做左處理。例如個蝦佢煎香左,紅菜頭提左味,令呢幾個菜食落真係好多心機位

main course部份我感覺佢地就返平實少少,第一個道菜係白燒鰻魚嘅配煙肉忌廉汁意粉。白燒鰻魚造法有別於我地食開果種風味,魚肉結實而重味。加上手作意粉口感更彈牙。睇相都知掛汁情度理想,煙肉白亦令食件事畫龍點睛。

最後一道main course係炭燒A5和牛,我笑說佢一點點嘅擺盤好草間彌生。同一個思路就係幾種汁俾你每啖都有唔同。和牛就正常發揮吧!日本A5和牛都做得好好,我個人覺得如果外層煎脆會更好!

接住落嚟就係龍蝦湯,但係入面竟然有鮑魚粒😌呢件事好奢侈,本身睇過擺盤以為又係一道精緻嘅料理,然後店員為我哋淋上龍蝦湯,就好似睇緊人哋表演咁,突然之間道菜轉左個方式出現,令人眼前一亮🥰龍蝦湯嘅味道可以話係好濃郁好濃郁🤓入面仲有蜆、紅菜頭同埋蘿蔔等食材,個湯好鮮而且味道多層次👍🏻

接住落嚟係一道沙甸魚嘅菜,有一半係沙甸魚魚生,而另一半係煮熟咗嘅沙甸,兩邊食落嘅口感都好特別,生嗰邊會係比較滑溜同埋軟身,而熟嘅沙甸魚就有魚香,用少少鹽調味都幾好食,用嚟配白蘆筍同埋雅支竹,不過我個人就唔係太習慣食雅支竹同埋白蘆筍嗰個口感🤫
