Pacific Oyster Fritters & Dutch Turnip - 炸蠔,外脆內嫩,食到蠔既鮮味。
Baked 12-hour Sous Vide Canadian Sea Whelk - 螺肉非常爽口~

然後黎個湯 Hummus & Artichoke Bisque - 湯底濃稠,味精滑順而濃郁。
再來2個主菜:

Red Wood Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus Leg - 八爪魚爽口彈牙, 少少炭燒味, 幾香口~
Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek - 炆得好好食, 和牛肉質好軟腍, 膠質亦豐富, 唔錯~

最後dessert of the day, 真心賣相超靚~

一踏入呢間餐廳,就被濃濃的復古感吸引,彷彿走進咗霍格華茲嘅藏書室。呢度嘅裝潢靈感來自歐洲古典圖書館,主廚都係出自香港五星級酒店,四周環繞住胡桃木書架、墨綠色沙發,加上一堆古老書籍,隨便一拍都好靚。除了美食,呢度嘅維多利亞港海景都幾正。如果黃昏嚟,整個維港會被金色光輝包圍,真係慶生同約會嘅完美地點,心情都會好好❤️。我哋叫咗「4-Course Lunch Menu」,每道菜嘅擺盤都精緻得好似藝術品,令人忍唔住想拍照。我最鍾意嘅係龍蝦湯,外層酥皮脆到讓人想多咬幾口,湯入面嘅龍蝦肉超新鮮,味道濃得令人想再來一碗。服務生仲好貼心提供鮮忌廉,可以根據自己嘅喜好加,瞬間湯嘅口感更加豐富。至於主菜,我最鍾意嘅係羊扒,肉質嫩滑,完全冇羊肉嘅腥味,慢煮牛扒都軟嫩多汁,黑松露畫龍點睛真係驚喜連連👍。最後嘅甜品係芒果慕斯,賣相靚得不得了,口感滑順,剛好唔會過於甜膩,完美咁為呢頓飯畫上句號。
