今次揀左呢款200日穀飼牛扒🥩 Medium rare啱啱好😌 佢地煎牛扒都幾有水準,真係去到啱啱好,裡面仲係keep到粉紅色,但又無乜血水👍 醬汁揀左綠胡椒蒜蓉奶油!OMG!呢個醬大推~再好食過黑松露醬😌 牛扒外面好焦香,裡面肉汁仍然keep到👍 不過呢款肉油脂比較少,唔會入口即融,肉多為主!細細舊,適合1人食⚠️ 如果想share的話建議揀澳洲/日本個款👍

以復古英式圖書館為裝潢主題的Bochord, 充滿紳士氣息,牆身是滿滿的仿古典書籍,以書背作為牆身的裝飾,高高低低,加上天花地板都用上紅櫟木材,仿似墨綠Chestrfield,要不是看窗外維港景色,仿似已身處倫敦。甜品,無論是外觀及味道都實在有點失色。Bochord 主要是主菜給我較多驚喜,但環境絕對滿分。

點餐後,一籃熱烘烘的面包很快遞上,配以牛油及綠色醬,那原以爲是牛油果醬,原來是特有的綠茶醬,淡淡的綠茶香味配上面包,味道也很新鮮。前菜分別是魚和牛肉他他,魚肉和牛肉肉質一般,鮮味肉味不算很特出,幸好醬汁補救;湯是鷹咀豆蕃茄濃湯,味道豐富特別,主菜是烤雞肉和豬,烤雞肉非常出色,肉質非常嫰滑,外皮烤得剛好脆口;豬肉好味,只是相對豬肉沒有雞肉般驚喜,最後的甜品,無論是外觀及味道都實在有點失色。Bochord 主要是主菜給我較多驚喜,但環境絕對滿分。
