呢間餐廳係我之前Mark低咗好耐想去嘅餐廳,今次難得就嚟聖誕節諗住提前預祝一下,專登揀咗呢間餐廳。嗌左兩個一人set(Tasting menu $13xx@per head,要提前一日預訂)另外嗌咗支sparkling Water加杯果汁連加一合計埋單$3200。先講一下餐廳好嘅地方:每一位生日嘅客人都會有駐唱行過去同你唱生日歌 氣氛都幾好 live band從我入黎到走幾乎唱足成晚,近窗口邊嘅可以望到成個海玻璃通透乾淨 夜晚睇起身真係幾靚 但係往下望係工地;食物餐點擺盤算好 但係略顯單調;除此之外無任何可以吸引我再去一次嘅理由。不足之處:由於呢幾日香港降溫,餐前麵包係唔熱嘅而且啲牛油綠色嗰隻好大陣草青味,之後前三道菜腥 / 冷 / 並餐點難以使用餐具去食用,食起身好麻煩,並且設計餐牌廚師唔知點解好鍾意將啲食材磨成蓉,好似食緊貓貓罐頭咁,第一啖食落去嘅時候覺得自己係唔係食緊芋泥⋯最令我印象深刻係嗰個底下放住乾冰皇帝蟹嗰道菜,個味道搭配真係好奇怪,或者咁講可能係我食唔慣~全晚最好食就係嗰個鴿肉,唯一一道算係比較熱,而且係比較嫩滑做得好嘅菜式,最令我呢間餐廳唔會再去嘅原因係佢嘅主菜A5和牛

先講一下餐廳好嘅地方:每一位生日嘅客人都會有駐唱行過去同你唱生日歌 氣氛都幾好 live band從我入黎到走幾乎唱足成晚,近窗口邊嘅可以望到成個海玻璃通透乾淨 夜晚睇起身真係幾靚 但係往下望係工地;食物餐點擺盤算好 但係略顯單調;除此之外無任何可以吸引我再去一次嘅理由。

滿分100分,我只可以俾到佢30分

超級好食,入口即溶,好有鮮味,而且配埋啲蟹肉絲非常滿足😋



Italian Zucchini Flower & Iberico Ham 都好有質感啲火腿鹹香好有餘香,然後個鴨肉球都好有口感,食到啖啖嘅鴨肉絲,配埋鵝肝foam好惹味🥰



Bouillabaisse超鍾意,隻蜆大大隻,超級肥美,龍蝦汁好香濃,帶出啲蜆嘅鮮味,勁想encore食多碟 ❤️



French Morel & Fish Maw非常之有特色,魚鰾口感煙靭而且好有膠質,配埋Truffle,風味滿分😋



Charcoal Grilled French Pigeon第一次試,覺得好特別,白鴿腿髀竹炭煙燻過食得出燻香味,口感十足,而且五成熟啱啱好,肉質比較滑嫩,第一次食白鴿腿好刺激☺️



Charcoal Grilled As Miyazakigyu Beef好香,油脂十足,喺口腔入邊爆發,啖啖都係滿足,牛咪超級重😊



Japanese Yuzu Mousse Cake好好食,唔會太甜,而且柚子嘅香味好突出, cake軟滑,入口即化,而且擺盤好有心思,超級靚靚🎀



我哋仲嗌咗兩杯Cocktail,great piece of turf好飲,係Gin底,而且少少青瓜嘅香味,好清新🥳
