一入到大坑就見到呢間應該係新開嘅好好餐廳😆唔想頹食,又唔想食Cafe,見到呢間門面同餐牌都幾啱胃口一於試吓😍欣賞餐廳裝修都優雅😍我哋嗌咗兩個好似嘅套餐估唔到龍脷柳用咗炸嘅方法但炸粉唔厚,食哂都唔覺膩😋再加埋鮮茄好開胃🤤薯仔都值得加分✨新鮮焗起熱辣辣呢個中西合璧嘅食法好特別😍跟住就到呢個鮮茄牛脷,汁底一樣,但呢個多啲鮮茄😍牛脷煙韌有咬口💯肉質唔會太實或無哂牛味😝最後加咗呢個中湯花生雞腳湯,味濃😍出奇地有少少肉骨茶嘅感覺😍從餐廳裝潢、食物到服務都睇得出餐廳主理人嘅用心✨有機會再嚟支持🔥☺️ continue reading

五月遷居大坑。吃遍出名的網紅餐廳茶檔,感覺不外如是,唯獨這間“好好餐廳”叫我不住回頭,個個禮拜都至少幫襯一次。餐廳提供的美食菜式較雜,有點難分類,有巴基斯坦及馬來西亞咖哩(可配飯或薄餅)、中東菜、燉湯、湯飯(胡椒豬肚最正)、海南雞飯、扒餐等,還有老闆Simon特創的港式美食,以set為主,每個餐都可配茶飲。試過多款美食後,強烈推薦巴基斯坦咖哩$70~80和下午茶餐的咖哩角+蘋果薯仔沙律$50。餐廳由巴籍廚師掌廚,家鄉菜特別拿手;咖哩混入檸檬葉及多種香料,香氣撲鼻,少少辣少少甜,每次吃都會添飯,吃到最後一滴咖哩汁也不剩!齒頰留香,回味無窮。咖哩角就是混血兒,用港式的薄春卷皮包著傳統samosa碎牛肉青豆薯蓉餡料,炸得香脆,讓人捨不得囫圇吞棗吃完,必須慢嚐其美味。沙律選用新鮮蘋果、薯仔和自創的沙律醬做,每日只做少量,不隔夜,新鮮清甜,配咖哩角啱啱好。最後不得不讚老闆自製的紅豆椰汁糕,作為餐後甜品,只能說excellent!與一般紅豆糕做法不同,紅豆有原粒有碎粒,都鋪在椰汁糕面,口感極佳,甜度剛好,不會反酸;吃得出製作人的心思和認真。 continue reading

一個人的晚餐無無聊聊行左入大坑,睇下有咩新餐廳,點知見到呢一間,門面睇落幾特別,旁邊重有wall painting入到去見到餐廳都幾有特色同裝修都落足心機,睇得到老闆係好識品味嘅人見到餐牌都幾多選擇,而且重有咖哩!不過唔係間間餐廳都整得好食,就挑戰下個咖哩味道如何先!巴鐵咖哩牛一上菜就嗅到濃郁嘅咖哩香!牛肉炖得好軟嫩,每一口都taste到咖喱嘅香料滲透到肉質内部,口感豐富,餘味悠長,非常唔錯!色、香、味都齊全,絕對推薦!(一個人食都清得曬🤪)估唔到老闆幾識揀酒,不過可惜今餐食咖哩,留待下次🔥總括嚟講,喺大坑見到呢一間餐廳,係驚喜!價錢合理,環境滿分,而且值得再去試其他菜式☀️ continue reading
