都有一輪冇食上海野,最近就去咗王家沙花樣年華食晚飯,佢哋有多款招牌菜,我當然都係跟住嚟揀啦🤗.小食叫咗四喜烤麩,麵筋夠林夠入味,點埋鎮江醋就更好食😋.另外當然唔少得蘇式鮮肉小籠包,熱辣辣蒸起上枱,小籠包多汁,一不小心咬,噴到周圍都係🙈.小菜叫左清炒河蝦仁🍤,河蝦仁食落真係唔同啲,蝦肉勁鮮甜又爽口,冇乜其他特別嘅調味就已經好好食,因為蝦肉本身真係好鮮甜,呢個必試呀👍🏻.另外兩個人唔想叫一大煲雲吞雞嘅話🍲,可以叫原盅雲吞雞湯,一至兩人飲啱晒,有兩粒雲吞同兩舊雞,一人一粒唔使👫.最後就叫咗紅燒大排骨湯麵🍜,排骨啖啖肉,紅燒湯底都唔會辣,但係比起上湯又惹味一啲😋

又一城被裝修之後第一次幫襯王家沙。說實話,是因為隔離的八月花條隊太長。傳統的食物,新派的做法,放眼望去,確實又吸引了不少較年輕的座上客。首先上檯的酸辣湯是它夠辣,喚醒了味蕾和食慾。那客牛肉包卻稍微有點差強人意,麵粉稍多而牛肉味不夠濃。相反,那客蔥油餅就做得薄而香脆。我特別喜歡的是回鍋肉,主要是豬肉的質素好,肥瘦得宜,跟青椒、紅椒、豆乾、椰菜的比例亦恰到好處。配以那碗淨素的蔥油面,是相當合襯的配搭。順帶一提,終於揣摩到那些看似韓文的自創文字。圖中文字是「小籠包」。你看懂了嗎?

好耐冇黎又一城,人流比之前少咗好多,不過仍然係食晚餐嘅好地方,經過見到王家沙變咗另一個樣貌,菜式都有改變,所以試一試佢。《蟹粉小籠包》外皮夠薄,湯汁亦都幾多,蟹粉味都算突出,整體來講幾高質。《上海話梅骨》細細舊食起嚟更加滋味,排骨肉唔乾身,而且醬汁啱啱好,醋味香濃,甜甜地好好食。《韭黃炒鱔糊》略嫌汁太多,食得多會覺得有啲鹹,不過味道都唔錯,鱔糊比較林。《石鍋鮑魚飯》整餐飯最喜歡的一個菜式,配料好豐富,炒得好香,如果飯可以乾身番少少就更好。《五香牛展擔擔麵》花生醬湯底,好濃郁之餘唔會好‘傑’,所以唔會食到好飽濟。麵條幾爽口,牛展方面正正常常都幾淋,好味! 總括嚟講,王家沙花樣年華俾我感覺更有驚喜,菜式多而且味道唔錯,係聚餐之選。

好耐冇去又一城食飯啦,在這個抗疫的期間,餐廳都採取了相應的措施,在接待處位置先探熱和搓手,餐廳內都有做緊隔開的1.5米的措施。餐廳內食客不多,可以食得安心。餐廳本身座位很多,而且採用開放式,令空氣更流通!陳醋海蜇頭,海蜇頭非常爽口,加上有陳醋和青瓜,清清地又酸酸地,好開胃!蘇式鮮肉小籠包,這裡的小籠包皮薄餡多,湯汁也很多很鮮甜,非常惹味!擔擔麵,很多花生醬味,食落有淡淡的花生醬和辣味,還加有肉碎,很有口感!麵底不會太硬,湯汁都能掛在麵中,更能吃到擔擔麵的味道!招牌片皮烤鴨(半隻),烤鴨上枱時已片好皮,烤鴨皮用上蠟燭稍稍熱住,好有油香,鴨皮唔算太油!在餅皮上夾上青瓜、大蔥、哈蜜瓜和鴨片,再加上片皮鴨醬,可口又美味!這裡的食物味道不錯,而且價錢不算很貴,可以再來!

招牌片皮烤鴨(半隻),烤鴨上枱時已片好皮,烤鴨皮用上蠟燭稍稍熱住,好有油香,鴨皮唔算太油!在餅皮上夾上青瓜、大蔥、哈蜜瓜和鴨片,再加上片皮鴨醬,可口又美味!

這裡的食物味道不錯,而且價錢不算很貴,可以再來!
