這家韓國餐廳其中一個賣點,就是馬車帳蓬位。說穿了就是韓劇常常出現的大排檔場景,坐在這個位置用餐,有種進入韓劇世界的感覺呢🦀50cm韓國海鮮鍋目測真的有50cm長,要兩個卡式爐才放得上去加熱,上面裝滿各式海鮮,由左至右數過去,有一隻完整的蟹/2隻中蝦/3隻扇貝/2隻鮑魚/1隻魷魚/3隻大青口/6隻藍青口/數不清幾多隻蜆,及放在窩底的蔬菜雜菌和泡菜,十分澎湃。煮海鮮timing 很重要,先吃最快熟的蜆/青口/扇貝,熟了殼自然彈開,肉質嫩滑無渣,一口一個相當痛快。然後到魷魚和鮑魚了,都是爽滑彈牙的口感。大蝦和蟹拆殼後把豐滿的肉肉往泡菜湯底浸一下,泡菜湯底的香辣味不會太霸道地蓋過海鮮的原味, 反而帶出鮮甜的味道。食完海鮮還可以加粉絲,好好吸收各款海鮮融入泡菜湯的精華,才是海鮮鍋的完整體驗🐥甜辣炸雞配香腸年糕串(半份)上次食過,今次再食,依然保持高水準。炸雞外層金黃香脆,沾滿多甜少辣,非常惹味的醬汁,包著嫩滑多汁的雞肉,還要已去骨啖啖肉。香腸年糕串也炸得香口,年糕外脆內煙靭有咬口,甜辣醬下仍然嚐到清新米香,和濃味的脆皮腸是絕配🥃Grape Coronarita一支Corona 啤酒倒插在玻璃杯上,上重下輕完全違反物理學的畫面好衝擊眼球,非常適合打卡。Coronarita 其實是 由Corona 和 Margarita 組合而成的雞尾酒。每呷一口,上面的Corona 會緩緩流下去混合杯裏的Margarita,舌頭會同時嚐到Corona 和Margarita 分別的味道,加上少許提子的甜味,整體是清新微醺的感覺,易入口不易醉🍹芒果忌廉溝鮮奶韓國的忌廉溝鮮奶,即是Milkis了,配香甜的芒果汁,怎會有不好飲的可能?還可以有效解辣呢P.S. 店內有大量韓國街頭風打卡位,要預留時間打卡啊 continue reading
