今晚去左位於尖沙咀Rosewood Hotel 既「Bayfare Social」西班牙餐廳享用晚餐50G Iberico Ham (60-month)60個月既伊比利亞火腿係比較少食到,隻豬係食咗兩季橡果,所以油脂唔會重,甘香唔咸口Sherry wine雪莉酒係西班牙既加烈葡萄酒,我就揀左呢款較dry既,同Iberico Ham都好夾Scallop Crudo帶子刺身浸左係escabeche sauce,個醬汁味道酸酸甜甜,仲有d牛油果粒,醃製左既洋蔥,係一道好開胃既前菜Steak FritesWagyu flat iron steak叫左medium,外面煎至微微焦香,入面就仲係嫩紅色,肉質嫩腍,薯條亦都炸得好香脆Seafood Paella海鮮西班牙飯有蜆、蝦、BB魷魚,個飯面仲有Alioli蒜蓉蛋黃醬,我覺得個paella味道唔夠鮮甜偏咸,最重要既Socarrat飯焦雖然都有,但整個味道有點失望Churros新鮮炸起既churros外脆內軟,每條都佈滿沙糖,反而食唔到肉桂味有少少失望,再蘸埋朱古力醬,傳統的味道環境幽靜,但四周真係好黑,對foodie黎講係有d頭痛,侍應都好有禮貌面帶笑容,食物都唔錯,價錢亦都合理,都係一個唔錯節日約會既好地方 continue reading

幸福、不幸!颱風前的悠閒享受、風暴中驚慌不安;世事難料,總之人要活在當下,過好每一天是錯不了!多謝銀行禮贈,兩口子得以在風暴來臨前於 「Bayfare」撐檯腳,享受愉悅的幸福!記得「Bayfare」新張不久的體驗,稱不上是滿意,這次帶著心理準備而來,還預訂了 Butterfly Patisserie 的甜點締造幸福!侍應小姐解釋兩道菜的二人套餐價值 HK$598,可以用同等價錢點選其他喜歡的菜式。我們看了一下餐牌,便隨遇而安接受原禮贈的二人套餐。二人套餐的內容甚為簡單,只有麵包及Charcuterie Board (冷肉盤)和西班牙海鮮飯。倒過來,今次簡單的兩道菜更能感受「Bayfare」扎實的根底,要比初體驗更為理想 ! !粟米凍湯是「Bayfare」當天贈予客人的,湯感綿密順滑,散發自然濃香與細甜,湯面則灑上粟米脆脆和香草,為粟米凍湯添上層次感。實屬意外收獲的粟米凍湯,滿載著幸福感!享用過粟米凍湯後,轉入正題頭盤的 Charcuterie Board & Bread 。享用過粟米凍湯後,轉入正題頭盤的 Charcuterie Board & Bread 。事先點來清爽的 Sangria Red HK$140 和 Sangria White HK$140 助陣,一邊嗒 Sangria 、一邊嘆麵包和 Charcuterie Board ,十分幸福!果然麵包籃的兩款麵包也好吃,沾上西班牙的陳醋和橄欖油,不知怎的,叫人愈吃愈起勁,愈吃愈滋味。上次在 「Henry」品嚐的麵包滋味又回來了!Chatcuterie Board 的每款凍肉也有水準,配搭夾雜鹹香、肥美、微辣、甜膶等不同層次,加上那款杏仁獨突的油香與脆感,慢慢淺嚐細嚼,盡現完美滋味,猜想不到的意外驚喜!主食是 Seafood Paella。先來一口原味的米飯,飯粒有咬口、滲著不錯的海水味道。然後將 Alioli  和檸檬汁和拌調米飯,海洋鮮味明顯被壓下去,但換來是一股給味蕾沖擊的酸香,彷彿感覺到西班牙人的熱情。原味、混味各有各的欣賞點,而海鮮的生熟度和新鮮度同樣出色,好吃也!享用過兩道菜的二人套餐後,我們又點了侍應提意的西班牙咖啡,因為甜點快要來了。Bombon HK$90 是我們第一杯認真嘗試的西班牙咖啡,Bombon 有著討人歡心的精緻賣相,一呷,偏向濃厚的啡香馬上散出,擁有一定的甜度,我會用溫柔版的越南咖啡來形容!來到 「Rosewood」,順便一嚐 Butterfly Patisserie 名物 — Hokkaido Custard Flan HK$98 及 Salted Caramel Millefeuille HK$98。Hokkaido Custard Flan 撻皮薄脆和兼具層次,而北海道牛奶 Custard 十分豐厚綿密,甜度屬不淺,喜歡 Custard 的朋友,大抵會喜歡這 Custard。二人共享,較適合不愛太膩、太甜的朋友!Salted Caramel Millefeuille 的千層酥鬆,香氣則一般;而奶油質感厚滑,可海鹽焦糖味道沒有太明顯啊!幸福的颱竹風前夕,相隔一夜要面對颱風的威力,祈求颱風別帶來不幸的災害! continue reading

Weekend lunch menu呢個lunch menu樣樣都有啲,唔使諗,按人數份量出餐 To start: Seafood platter on ice: Boston lobster, oyster, tiger prawn頭盤係海鮮拼盤,生蠔同虎蝦都係每人兩隻,龍蝦份量就唔知點分配喇。全部都新鮮好味。特別想highlight虎蝦好爽甜同肉質實淨。 Tapas: Croquetas de pollo: Chicken croquette, bechamel, romesco sauce其實就係一粒可樂餅,雞肉打碎左,外脆內creamy Tapas: Padron Peppers: Sea salt一款辣椒,簡單焗一焗之後灑上海鹽 Tapas: Gambas al ajillo: Sustainable tiger prawns, garlic, chili oil蒜片蝦係我眼中一款好typical嘅tapas,呢個做法比較濕,我鍾意乾身少少 Mains: Seafood paella: Clums, tiger prawn, baby squid, alioli海鮮飯個飯就有好濃郁嘅湯味,不過海鮮偏細粒同埋款式上無咩記憶點。可能頭盤個海鮮拼盤已經食左新鮮厚肉嘅海鮮,呢個paella就將個重點放返喺個飯。 Mains: Cochinillo asado: Roasted suckling pig, fried potato, signature pork sauce平時喺其他地方食西班牙乳豬通常都無乜肉食,今次呢個就幾厚肉。 Mains: Txuleton: 350g ribeye steak, confit piquilo, garlic, beef jus乳豬同ribeye係二揀一的,我地有5個人,所以加錢轉左少少做ribeye。內質都幾細嫰,但係外層上色好似有少少不足 Dessert: Churros: Chocolate dip平時對甜品無乜興趣,但係呢個churros真係三個字「好好食」。無咩好解釋,留返大家自己去試。 整體黎講都唔錯,食食下先發現呢個lunch set係會食左好多蝦,希望餐廳之後可以調整下。 continue reading

是一羣四人夜話的約會,到了Rosewood的西班牙餐廳共晉晚膳。麵包桶其實無甚特別,之不過席間有人大愛,說好食到飛起絕對談不上,有些確是頗香脆的,其他就可以用不外如是來形容。鬼佬芥蘭沙律倒是不錯,菜蔬條條嫩綠鮮明,軟度適中,油分亦沒有過多,還有烤過的核桃,是增添香氣的元素!西班牙八爪魚小食面層乃鋪了芝士及紅椒粉,以薯蓉墊底。八爪魚又夠味又夠爽,但墊底的薯蓉實在太一坨了,較為糊口!西班牙奄列雖有頗重的蛋香,惟過於實淨,不夠鬆軟,吃完非常之滯,頂住個胃!其上的火腿倒是鹹香油潤,只能說句少吃怡情。炸魷魚圈酥脆是酥脆的,魷魚肉亦不靭,調味恰宜;可是實在太過油膩,即使唧多多檸檬汁也去不掉多少油份。中晒士的海鮮拼盤原本有龍蝦半隻、生蠔、凍蝦和帶子各三件。不能說不鮮美,但以六百多個大洋而言,性價比偏低。凡到西班牙餐廳,西班牙海鮮飯乃必點之物。這盤飯的海鮮新鮮爽口,自行撈起之後飯吸了汁也還不錯,只可惜海鮮份量少之又少,不夠餸。預訂的芋頭蛋糕,上層鋪滿以及中間同樣夾著的芋頭忌廉,忌廉綿滑,蛋糕鬆軟,問題在於芋頭味不夠突顯而已。餐廳格調高貴,環境雅致,但索價不菲,食物質數卻不成正比。 continue reading

真喺有啲無厘頭,最近收到銀行邀請,可能見我都有丁點基金投資晌度,想搵我做番嘅理財分析,都預佢哋會順便推銷吓啲投資產品,最後又無喎,仲堅送咗張瑰麗酒店「Bayfare Social」西班牙餐廳嘅午餐劵,所以,訂定位去食餐免費飯。雖然話酒店晌K11 Muse上面,但指示牌唔多又唔清晰,都兜咗好耐先搵到。貴為5星級酒店,環境及服務自然有番咁上下,難得感覺卻喺好輕鬆自在。不過,整體地方喺大嘅,但唔明點解部份枱櫈嘅安排會咁貼,唔想聽到隔離講嘢都焗聽。講番個免費餐,喺兩道菜供二人享用,只得一份麵包籃、一份熟食冷肉盤同一份西班牙海鮮飯,份量上因為老婆細食,我哋都OK嘅,如果兩位正常食量嘅男士,就幾敢肯定唔夠喇。因為免費,餐牌就無標價錢,但睇番散點嘅餐牌,推算成個套餐值$670左右。趁得閒,啲嘢又未上枱,所以,順便影影個散點餐牌出嚟俾大家參考個價格。麵包籃先上一份麵包籃,並附上西班牙產嘅雪梨醋同初榨橄欖油,顯得有啲高檔。麵包有兩款,都喺睇番餐牌所知,包括酸種麵包同扁麵包,雖然訂枱時會問你有無咩食物敏感,並一早講咗希望喺無麩質,但嚟到都喺話你知佢哋唔會提供無麩質食物,真喺嘥氣,成份麵包籃就只好由小弟全力處決掉,等老婆食多啲飯。熟食冷肉盤晌餐牌裡面只寫上菜式名「Charcuterie Board」,卻無講包含咩款式風乾肉腸,嚟到一睇共有5款,有啲會拼上唔同嘅芝士、果乾,但今趟就唔見,只喺伴有少少烘脆咗嘅果仁。由於侍應無特別介紹呢5款肉腸,加上小弟對西班牙菜唔在行,所以,俾唔到大家佢哋嘅個別名稱,然而,整體嚟講,各有特色,有啲鹹香有咬口,有啲質感細膩有陣陣肉香,有啲就有油脂香得嚟又唔會覺好肥。西班牙海鮮飯套餐嘅主食喺西班牙菜嘅經典西班牙海鮮飯,都喺按傳統用上大鐵鑊呈上,飯面有大蝦、海蜆、墨魚仔,再加一抹蒜泥蛋黄酱同檸檬角,老實講以一間五星級酒店內嘅餐廳而言,餸料嘅份量確喺偏少,海蜆同墨魚仔都唔喺好有睇頭,還好啲料都夠鮮甜,飯粒軟綿並吸滿湯汁,再唧上檸檬汁,撈埋啲蛋黃醬,味道幾正,不過,成鑊飯得一小抹蛋黃醬感覺又喺偏少。佢哋有另一個角落,喺專賣咖啡、甜點同雪糕,我估兼營外賣生意,針對樓上嘅辦公室客。朱古力蛋糕 $110見個餅櫃嘅朱古力蛋糕幾靚,加上老婆都好鍾情朱古力系嘅嘢,尤其黑朱古力,所以,嗌多一客甜品嚟試試。賣到百幾蚊確喺唔平,但質素真喺高,底層嘅朱古力蛋糕鬆軟富回彈力,上層嘅朱古力慕絲好幼滑,朱古力味濃,而面層嘅鏡面朱古力漿做得富光澤,帶點甘苦餘韻,好食。諗住嚟到咁高檔嘅酒店餐廳,應該會有啲驚喜,不過,跟現實就有啲落差,所謂兩道菜二人餐,份量都只可以講勉強夠,食物嘅質素就唔差,可是亦唔叫好好,尤其假如以實價計,性格比絕對唔高。 continue reading
