朋友生日決定帶佢食返餐好既~嚟到呢間銅鑼灣又高可以睇到夜景又燈飾浪漫既餐廳進餐。Order咗兩份Chef's Tasting Menu，有前菜、Main、甜品等等。炸虎蝦，配搭酸酸的泰式醬汁；凱撒雞，有兩塊雞胸肉配搭麵包和火腿；北海道扇貝，有將扇貝肉剪開，醬汁都係酸甜；威靈頓牛肉，酥皮沒有很脆牛肉也容易散開，味道可以接受。甜品有兩個，第一個係桑梅雪糕，飯後解膩一流；而另一個係朱古力奶油，朱古力味道濃郁呢個幾好。除咗套餐另外仲點咗一支紅酒，味道、口感都不錯，總結呢餐既體驗都好好！ continue reading

銅鑼灣呢到呢間餐廰好靚，一入去見到有埋大玻璃窗同長枱，仲有好多燈裝飾。氣氛一流，適合公司dinner,情侶朋友嚟食飯。情侶坐近落地玻璃窗，有view,有feel.朋友嚟食飯想安靜下，可以坐近牆邊。公司食飯宴會，可以book 長枱。呢到waiters細心有禮，笑容滿面。食物就當然有質素。前菜主食好好味，加上甜品冇得頂，飲杯wine，完成成件事，好完美。價錢合理，下次有機會想去多幾次添。食飯時間五洗急，邊食邊打下卡。 好有feel. 又relax. 呢到系一句說話：物有所值。正！ continue reading

少有定價合理又優質西餐

慶祝朋友生日，選了這間一直想去光顧的餐廳。之前因Discovery HK推廣送coupon，而認識這間位於銅鑼灣時代廣場隔一條街，沒那麼繁忙的商業大廈樓上的餐廳。餐廳頗有規模，座位寬敞並有落地大窗望海景，環境很舒適。 中午時段餐廳提供set lunch，有多款starter、main course及甜品選擇（3-course $198 / 3-course$228，其中幾款主菜有額外收費)。我與朋友選了2款starter，steak tartare及shrimp cocktail， 及2款主菜，Caprese pasta及roasted sea bass(魚需額外加$78)。無論starter及主菜都色香味俱全，頭盤安格斯牛肉他他的牛肉及虎蝦配雞尾酒醬的虎蝦都新鮮，主菜意粉應是手工幼麵，咬落韌度適中。去過2次意大利深度遊，當地吃到的意大利粉非一般香港的意粉可比，而Alto這個意大利粉是正宗口味。主菜意大利粉份量足，配上足量的sun dried tomatoes及水牛芝士，十分滋味。另一個主菜烤鱸魚配粟米、蠶豆及奶油醬，份量亦足，鱸魚又嫩滑，醬汁特別又濃郁。我個人覺得2個主菜都是必食之選，餐廳定價中上不算很平宜，但相比食物份量亦足，不似有些餐廳連主菜都份量不足，有機會吃不飽。以這餐廳食物質素及定價，我會推薦給朋友亦會再來光顧。 特別一提，我在openrice訂枱，亦寫上是此次用餐是為慶生，沒料到餐廳會窩心地送上一碟甜品及用朱古力寫上生日祝福語，實在難得。餐廳服務很好，唯一要提提大家，即使不叫飲品只要清水，餐廳會照餐牌上一項free flow water收取$30，個人感覺如果要收費，起碼供應礦泉水而非一般清水。 continue reading
