To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這店舖面積不太，但幫襯的客人也不少。賞茶除了售賣各款台式飲品外，還有售賣一點台灣道地甜品，但選擇並不是很多。我至愛的甜品便是其中一款的仙草凍，每次經過這店也順帶買一個回家慢慢享用。～波霸芋圓仙草凍 $26最喜歡吃這店的三色芋圓，既彈牙又順滑；圓粒的波霸又Q彈有嚼勁；仙草凍又嫩滑又爽口。雪凍來吃，感覺更佳，是夏日的好選擇。喜歡煙韌口感的我不期然便一啖接一啖的把整碗甜品吃光。總括而言，這個甜品配料豐富，味道又不會過甜，口感極佳，所以很快已成我的至愛了。

想飲珍珠奶茶，又不想要咖啡因，小時候波霸奶茶就啱哂我奶茶味道香濃，不過少甜都係幾甜，下次試下半糖先珍珠都夠煙韌，少少硬而且茶底不含咖啡因，很少地方有，又不影響味道，值得一讚
