Fukien Fried Rice
福建炒飯係我最鍾意食既中菜飯類,所以我對佢既要求都特別高
而1908bc呢度既福建炒飯就可以好好咁滿足到我
每種配料選料都非常好,飯既汁調味都非常到位,好正
最正當然係一粒三色豆

大排檔的椒鹽魷魚🦑是我最愛,這道椒鹽魷魚則有別於大排檔的風味,使用了西式炸魚的方式處理,炸粉粉漿比較厚身,最後再灑上味椒鹽粉。重點在於魷魚本身,肉質非常鮮嫩且鮮味濃郁,一食就知道是新鮮食材,絕對值得一讚👍🏻
