今日天氣忽然凍左好多,同事話要中午帶我去食蛇羹同糯米飯暖一暖胃,原來係寶湖商場就有一間。首先叫咗碗蛇羹,同我之前食過嘅唔同,碗蛇羹真材實料,啖啖肉之外,佢係完全無味精!店員仲話教我地之後可再加檸檬葉,個味道會更好,我試過,係更有層次,好香,非常有驚喜。然後到糯米飯,入晒味嘅糯米,食到個人即刻暖晒,但唔會太油。再同同事share 左個川芎白芷蛇燉蛇碌湯,非常濃味同足料。就算同事一邊食佢碟咸雞飯一邊飲湯。都仲係飲到個湯嘅濃味!總括嚟講,哩間小店每一個餸菜同湯都睇得出落足心機,而且用料靚。已經決定要帶屋企人嚟食夜晚嘅私房菜! continue reading

今日見天氣稍涼就去咗大埔龍門客棧試一試個蛇宴,畢竟喺香港食蛇嘅地方已經越來越少,見一有新鋪開張特登嚟試下。我哋燉湯點咗川芎白芷燉蛇碌, 入面超多蛇碌,同埋有其他嘅藥材,川芎白芷當然亦唔少得,個湯好濃,飲完即刻成個身都暖笠笠,而且係完全冇落味精連鹽都冇落,師傅另外畀咗 2樽鹽同胡椒我哋,若有需要可以落少少,但係真係夠曬味。另外我哋叫咗滋補蛇羹,入面超多蛇肉,師傅話入面8成係蛇肉,溝咗兩成雞絲,完全冇豬肉喺入面,而且亦都有好多配料,又係食到唔停得口,而且入面每一啖都起碼有兩三條蛇肉,同樣師傅冇落鹽同味精,已經好夠味,另外佢會有檸檬草提供,師父亦建議頭兩啖試一試唔落檸檬草,跟住食先再落檸檬草會食到個層次嘅分別,真係好專業。糯米飯亦好甘香,加埋少少臘腸一樣係食到好飽好滿足。最後師傅炒咗一碟椒鹽蒜蓉蛇碌畀我哋試,又係超多蛇肉同埋好惹味,而呢碟餸係餐牌上面冇嘅,因為師傅佢做埋私房菜,所以下次黎食飯嘅朋友除咗蛇宴外其他海鮮或者晚飯提供亦有私房菜,亦可以打電話去叫師傅預訂某種燉湯及菜式,呢種服務真係香港好少有,好貼心一定要支持大埔非連鎖小店! continue reading

收工回家途中,唔知食乜嘢好,又打開OpenRice search下,又比我搵到間好嘢,客家菜👏👏👏👏👏又到晚餐時間,反左成日工,最舒服最放鬆既時間就係晚餐鬆一鬆⋯⋯五指毛桃燉乳鴿——足料昧道清甜甜到入心,好味到連湯渣都食埋😋😋金銀蒜蒸老虎斑——老虎斑新鮮、肉嫩鮮甜夠滑溜,廚師蒸得剛剛好,好有水準👍👍客家炆蛋角——白蘿蔔清甜,炆既火路剛剛好,蘿蔔不會過腍,蛋又不會過火,配合得不錯😊😊咸雞🐔——配自家制醬汁,酸酸甜甜,有點兒像吃海南雞的感覺,又有點兒像吃鹽焗雞的感覺⋯⋯好簡單的一句形容詞——-就係好食😂😂😂😂😂蒜蓉生菜——真係估唔到菜甘簡單都可以做得甘好食吃得完全像在家的感覺⋯⋯😊😊warm🏠🏡 continue reading

之前有人介紹大埔呢間私房菜,今日黎開大埔做嘢就順便book位試吓。鋪頭有兩間,樓下嗰間做得比較耐,據聞有VIP房,今日坐樓上呢間新鋪,雖然無房但感覺好舒適,木器傢俬配吊扇,懷舊風味。成日以為私房菜一定價錢好貴,但呢度價錢好平民化,海鮮餐都只係每位$160 ,包括魚、蝦、貝殼類、肉、菜、湯和飯,相當豐富食到好飽。介紹吓今晚嘅菜式,有蒸黃腳立/黃花,蒜蓉開邊蝦、蒸象拔蚌(老闆話有時會係鮑魚!)、香蔥煎蓮藕餅、雞蛋鹹蛋蒸豬肉、蒜蓉炒生菜。海鮮全部都好新鮮,至於小菜都做得好好!老闆強調佢哋唔用味精雞粉,全靠天然調味,個「雞蛋鹹蛋蒸豬肉」甚至連鹽糖油都唔使落添!一路食老闆仲會同我地介紹點整,完全係家嘅感覺。同我地傾計嘅老闆係客家人,大廚師傅係順德人,所以菜式好多都包括客家菜,亦都有水上人嘅煮法。佢哋仲係屋企自己種月桂葉嚟沖茶,原來即係bay leaf,有好好嘅解毒能力,可以延緩衰老啊,仲有好多健康效用,記得飲多幾杯。 continue reading

今晚約左家人入大埔處理事務,就順便食埋飯先出來,在Openrice search到呢間私房菜,價錢又唔貴,一於book枱試吓。鋪頭唔大,但裝修好有心思,牆身掛滿舊香港嘅照片,有懷舊吊扇。這裏沒有餐牌,可以按價錢選擇套餐,普通小菜每位$120 ,海鮮餐每位$160 ,還有更貴的價錢可選,另外都見到佢有蛇羹食。食蛇我就唔啱了,叫咗個海鮮餐。先來每人一碗湯,有青紅蘿蔔煲雞,清甜可口。然後就上了一道「鹹鮮」,有黃腳立同黃花,早上用鹽醃好,晚上加上薑和油去蒸,魚肉好滑,唔使落豉油但略帶點咸味,但魚嘅鮮味更出。蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦,d蝦都係師傅即日買,所以食落好新鮮,正!仲有個海鮮重頭戲就是象拔蚌!平時都少食,好有咬口,蒜蒽吊味好ok!跟住黎左兩道家鄉小菜,先是雞蛋咸蛋蒸肉餅,老闆話這道菜就係呢3個材料,連豬肉都唔洗醃,但竟然好入味!原來煮餸係可以咁天然!連我阿媽同家姐都大讚好味!然後有客家菜「香蔥煎蓮藕餅」,附送青瓜片一齊食,減低油膩感。煎得香口,味道又剛剛好,估唔到都幾好食!正當我們以為食飽飽諗住抺嘴,佢仲整多道蒜蓉炒生菜,翠綠新鮮無得輸!原來$160係可以咁豐富,老闆仲介紹佢哋隻「月桂葉」茶,有控制糖尿病、改善心臟病、延緩衰老等等功用,不過好可惜今晚冇得試,下次黎一定要試吓先! continue reading
