今晚約左家人入大埔處理事務,就順便食埋飯先出來,在Openrice search到呢間私房菜,價錢又唔貴,一於book枱試吓。鋪頭唔大,但裝修好有心思,牆身掛滿舊香港嘅照片,有懷舊吊扇。這裏沒有餐牌,可以按價錢選擇套餐,普通小菜每位$120 ,海鮮餐每位$160 ,還有更貴的價錢可選,另外都見到佢有蛇羹食。食蛇我就唔啱了,叫咗個海鮮餐。先來每人一碗湯,有青紅蘿蔔煲雞,清甜可口。然後就上了一道「鹹鮮」,有黃腳立同黃花,早上用鹽醃好,晚上加上薑和油去蒸,魚肉好滑,唔使落豉油但略帶點咸味,但魚嘅鮮味更出。蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦,d蝦都係師傅即日買,所以食落好新鮮,正!仲有個海鮮重頭戲就是象拔蚌!平時都少食,好有咬口,蒜蒽吊味好ok!跟住黎左兩道家鄉小菜,先是雞蛋咸蛋蒸肉餅,老闆話這道菜就係呢3個材料,連豬肉都唔洗醃,但竟然好入味!原來煮餸係可以咁天然!連我阿媽同家姐都大讚好味!然後有客家菜「香蔥煎蓮藕餅」,附送青瓜片一齊食,減低油膩感。煎得香口,味道又剛剛好,估唔到都幾好食!正當我們以為食飽飽諗住抺嘴,佢仲整多道蒜蓉炒生菜,翠綠新鮮無得輸!原來$160係可以咁豐富,老闆仲介紹佢哋隻「月桂葉」茶,有控制

原來$160係可以咁豐富,老闆仲介紹佢哋隻「月桂葉」茶,有控制糖尿病、改善心臟病、延緩衰老等等功用,不過好可惜今晚冇得試,下次黎一定要試吓先!
