今日天氣忽然凍左好多,同事話要中午帶我去食蛇羹同糯米飯暖一暖胃,原來係寶湖商場就有一間。首先叫咗碗蛇羹,同我之前食過嘅唔同,碗蛇羹真材實料,啖啖肉之外,佢係完全無味精!店員仲話教我地之後可再加檸檬葉,個味道會更好,我試過,係更有層次,好香,非常有驚喜。然後到糯米飯,入晒味嘅糯米,食到個人即刻暖晒,但唔會太油。再同同事share 左個川芎白芷蛇燉蛇碌湯,非常濃味同足料。就算同事一邊食佢碟咸雞飯一邊飲湯。都仲係飲到個湯嘅濃味!總括嚟講,哩間小店每一個餸菜同湯都睇得出落足心機,而且用料靚。已經決定要帶屋企人嚟食夜晚嘅私房菜!

今日見天氣稍涼就去咗大埔龍門客棧試一試個蛇宴,畢竟喺香港食蛇嘅地方已經越來越少,見一有新鋪開張特登嚟試下。我哋燉湯點咗川芎白芷燉蛇碌, 入面超多蛇碌,同埋有其他嘅藥材,川芎白芷當然亦唔少得,個湯好濃,飲完即刻成個身都暖笠笠,而且係完全冇落味精連鹽都冇落,師傅另外畀咗 2樽鹽同胡椒我哋,若有需要可以落少少,但係真係夠曬味。另外我哋叫咗滋補蛇羹,入面超多蛇肉,師傅話入面8成係蛇肉,溝咗兩成雞絲,完全冇豬肉喺入面,而且亦都有好多配料,又係食到唔停得口,而且入面每一啖都起碼有兩三條蛇肉,同樣師傅冇落鹽同味精,已經好夠味,另外佢會有檸檬草提供,師父亦建議頭兩啖試一試唔落檸檬草,跟住食先再落檸檬草會食到個層次嘅分別,真係好專業。糯米飯亦好甘香,加埋少少臘腸一樣係食到好飽好滿足。最後師傅炒咗一碟椒鹽蒜蓉蛇碌畀我哋試,又係超多蛇肉同埋好惹味,而呢碟餸係餐牌上面冇嘅,因為師傅佢做埋私房菜,所以下次黎食飯嘅朋友除咗蛇宴外其他海鮮或者晚飯提供亦有私房菜,亦可以打電話去叫師傅預訂某種燉湯及菜式,呢種服務真係香港好少有,好貼心一定要支持大埔非連鎖小店!

首先試下個藥材蛇羹,十分足料,老闆話全部都冇味精同冇雞粉
!第一啖落口,真係好易入口,好似食緊碗仔翅咁既口感,但又唔會好似碗仔翅咁成口生粉水開既糊口質感!係一種好有層次既藥材湯味,材料食到有厚冬菇,蛇肉絲,木耳絲等等...我仲大鄉里問老公話蛇係邊呀

終於開分店呀!位置在寶湖商場外, 地點不太顯眼,不熟路的真係要揾下。其實就在上寶湖商場的扶手電梯,記住不入去商場入口,轉右行入少少就見到。舖頭仍然一貫作風,充滿氣勢,最驚喜喺兩個人都可以食海鮮餐。 新舖開張,已光顧兩次,試左兩款晚市套餐,一次係海鮮餐(每位$160,三海鮮一肉一菜包湯及白飯及二選一的飲品),另一次係普通餐(每人$120三肉一菜、白飯及二選一的飲品)。 如果唔係食開,第一感覺~價錢好似比較貴喎,但當你試過老闆(如當晚冇私房菜,有幾日會碰見的)嘅功夫,佢地嘅友善及人情味,對用料有極高要求,煮功嘅高超講究及絕不落味精的堅持,你會發現價錢絕對可以接受,最重要係,食得健康仲要係好好味。海鮮中最推介係蒸魚(時令)及蒜蓉蝦,肉類就係筒仔肉餅,咸雞( 招牌菜),蟲草蒸藥膳雞(真係堅好味),白飯都要添多碗,其實每晚的選擇未必相同,主要菜式係蒸的。備註:如見到老闆,仲會有驚喜。其實另外兩位廚師功力都好好的,都有保證架。誠意推介!
