In addition, Kuromon Market side dishes, wagyu, sashimi, etc., are also provided. 在銅鑼灣尋覓一間有心思、食物質素高的日式居酒屋?這家專門店絕對值得推薦!店內裝潢極具東瀛風情,從燈籠、牆飾到小擺設都佈置得細緻用心,一踏入就彷彿置身日本巷弄小店,氛圍感滿分,單是環境已先聲奪人。說到食物,首推必試其 「黑門特上刺身定食」!作為午市定食,其質素與份量令人驚喜。刺身種類豐富且非常新鮮,重點是師傅毫不吝嗇,每一片都切得厚實飽滿,入口鮮甜味美,滿足感十足。搭配的 麵豉湯 更是誠意之作,絕非普通湯品,湯底加入了鮮蝦和蜆肉一同熬煮,鮮味層次瞬間提升,熱騰騰的喝下去,暖心又暖胃,足見店家對細節的講究。另一道不能錯過的招牌是 「黑門鮭魚溶岩活火山」!這道菜式名符其實,視覺效果一流,絕對是「打卡able」之選!造型猶如一座小型火山,頂部鋪滿鮮豔的鮭魚粒(三文魚),中間藏著誘人的流心蛋黃或其他醬料,上桌時營造出「溶岩噴發」的效果,貼題又吸睛。味道方面同樣出色,鮭魚新鮮,搭配特調醬汁和流心蛋液,口感豐富有層次,而且份量慷慨,適合分享。店家的 「甲羅燒」 也值得一試,蟹膏濃郁香醇,風味地道。不過,需留意搭配的梳打餅,個人覺得口感不夠酥脆,略為受潮的感覺稍為扣分,未能完美襯托甲羅燒的濃厚滋味,建議店家可留意這配搭的質素。總體而言,這家居酒屋無論在食物質素(刺身新鮮厚切、創意料理美味大份)、環境佈置(心思細緻),以至湯品的誠意上都表現出色。雖然梳打餅小有瑕疵,但無損整體的高水準體驗,是銅鑼灣區內一間各方面都做得頗好的日式居酒屋專門店,值得專程拜訪,尤其是為了那份超值的特上刺身定食和打卡必點的鮭魚火山! continue reading

去咗銅鑼灣搵食,朋友大推呢間隱藏喺鬧市入面嘅「黑門水產」,話佢哋嘅海鮮質素高,而且有幾道菜賣相超浮誇——食之前已經影爆IG!首先上場嘅係傳說中嘅「黑門令海王龍珠卷」,成件卷壽司巨型霸氣,入面塞滿唔同款式嘅海鮮,層層堆疊得好實淨,頂部仲擺咗幾粒金黃色蛋黃,一粒粒閃閃生輝,就好似龍珠咁咁吸睛!最誇張係,店員會即場噴上金箔,成件事好似喺睇live performance咁,未食已經被視覺衝擊震撼咗!之後我哋試咗「海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒」,蟹蓋入面嘅餡料勁香,燒到表面金黃焦脆,一撈落去係滿滿嘅鮮味精華。海膽配埋蟹味噌醬汁,濃郁之中又唔會太重口味,底部飯粒吸晒啲醬汁,絕對係舔碟級數。另一驚喜係「黑門令煲仔龍蝦汁海鮮煮」,煲仔一打開已經聞到濃濃龍蝦香,湯底厚身得嚟好有層次感。入面海鮮唔少樣,配搭啱啱好,暖笠笠非常滋味,飲完仲有少少回甘。最後食咗個「香蔥吞拿魚腩」,呢個就走返精緻路線,魚腩入口即溶,香蔥清新唔搶味,係個好靚嘅收尾。總結:黑門水產無論係味道、賣相,甚至上菜儀式感都好有驚喜,特別係龍珠卷,堅係視覺+味覺雙重享受。呢間餐廳唔止係打卡咁簡單,係真係食得出心機同質素,有排講! continue reading

今晚約左朋友去食黑門水產🇯🇵Book mark 左好耐既餐廳一入到去好有日本feel 😍😍😍呢到招牌推介海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒店員即場燒,好好好好味呀神還原日本味道👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻飲品方面叫左柚子檸檬梳打味道幾清新,夏天飲真係好refreshing! 😍辣酒煮角螺好有驚喜!辣汁同螺好夾,又唔會太辣!蘿蔔完全入味!真係送酒一流!推介!仲有呢個大阪木津海鮮丼魚生新鮮,醋飯味道適中,醋飯已經調味,不用加豉油,味道都啱啱好最後有個鵝肝壽司鵝肝厚度適中, 唔會太膩整體上菜速度都好好!唔會一下子黎哂,食物溫度岩岩好!職員服務態度熱情主動值得推介,會再帶朋友到訪每人平均消費大概$200左右 continue reading
