上完堂餓餓地又好凍,所以同朋友去篤魚蛋。去左尖東橋下面既靚靚不一樣的車仔麵食個小食。三個人叫左個套餐A,燒賣9粒魚蛋8粒,熱lat lat,暖粒粒,d醬任加tim! 我地加左沙爹醬,其實仲有辣油,豉油加,不過呀姐推介沙爹醬,又唔想食辣就只落左沙爹醬。除左比散紙,仲可以比八達通,算係幾方便。不過買小食就無得入店坐,要係寒風中立食。(但買果20幾蚊就唔好咁多要求) 魚蛋燒賣偏惗, 無咩魚味,但都唔係話好多粉果種魚蛋。

尖沙咀發現有一間餐廳,靚靚不一樣的車仔麵個名也吸引了我到來,平日放工同同事來傾談很不錯。高樓底十分美麗,環境開揚,好多美食,相當不錯。(鹿兒島豬軟骨半客) 肉質很爽滑,夠熱又好味,好味道,家人好滿意,確難忘,不消一會巳食完。(黑豚肉叉燒皇)半肥瘦的叉燒,肉質鮮嫩可口,十分入味,不知不覺都食多了。(串燒龍蝦丸) 確大隻肥美,嫩滑很飽肚,原來都不錯吧,女仔會比較愛,必要encore。(金牌八喜麵) 職員推薦的八喜麵,新鮮味正,不鞋身有肉味,份量尚算ok,要加分,也不錯。

作為一間茶餐廳不能給差評,因為店名說明招牌是車仔麵但我沒有吃。另外如果我吃得是餐厅的所謂分子料理,它的價錢還是公道的,因為真正的分子料理本身的確是很貴的(而這些不是)😰😰

元朗有永年,尖沙咀有靚靚。作為元朗人,相較兩間車仔麵,我自己是更喜歡靚靚的。一來食物選擇多,款式又創意。二來也不會像永年那麼誇張,需要排隊排那麼久。靚靚不一樣的車仔麵,果然名符其實!

Coming on a Saturday noon the place is super busy so we have to sit together with two other people in the 4-seater. The setting is cramped but still the overall environment is fairly clean and neat. I ordered the three-dishes rice noodle, including chicken wings, pig's blood and squid balls. The shop advertises that they didn't add any MSG and frankly I can't confirm but I was not feeling too thirsty afterwards. This is kind of an exception.

All the three dishes added to the noodle are good, with the chicken wings marinated well, the squid balls got the bite while the pig's blood got the right texture. From the noodle alone the shop got a fairly good mark comparing with other similar shops.

In addition we ordered the hot fish balls, pan-fried squid cake and blanched vegetable. The chili paste added to the fish balls are not spicy enough for us. On the other hand, the squid cake is quite good, just off the frying pan so to speak, with a crispy skin, also nice in taste. The vegetable is pretty normal.

One thing to note is that it is not cheap. With two noodles and the above snacks the bill was $141, with the two free drinks so we even didn't order any beverages. But I have to compliment the owner of the shop to really make the 'cart noodle' to a higher level, elevating it from the street-food and perceived as dirty and unhealthy, to a more acceptable level suitable for even the more health-conscious.

My overall rating is 53/100.

大概已經有一年無食過靚靚車仔麵,但一直記得佢個鹿兒島豬軟骨系功好食既,好軟又好入味。由於今日突然想自己一個食飯,所以就去左食車仔麵,因為吾怕尷尬我叫左碗豬軟骨+生菜既河粉,湯底系牛腩汁。叫完之後吾洗等好耐就有得食,一見到系覺得份豬軟骨好似細舊左,之後食落亦覺得無以前咁淋,啲味都有少少吾同另外啲河粉是滑的,但系碎晒好難夾。而湯底佢餐牌表示系無加味精,但我認為是有的因為食完好口渴。。總括而言,我覺得系無以前咁好食,但如果無乜時間的話,尼間麵系一個吾錯既選擇,雖然有啲小貴,但下次有機會的話會試下其他餸。

今日經過尖東,午飯時間四圍都爆棚。最後到了老牌的靚靚車仔麵。等左約五分鐘有位,堂食位置較小,而且充滿遊客,食得有d迫,不過去得都預左。招牌八寶面,包洛神花茶,$53招牌面係油面,無得揀面,有雞翼,豬紅,豬腸,牛腩,豬皮,紅腸,魚蛋,蘿蔔。整體味道唔錯,用料新鮮,蘿蔔用左清湯炆淋,算有心機,湯底偏咸,但可以接受,感覺良好。豬腸茄子油面,$43沙嗲汁湯不錯,大腸正常,茄子賣相討好,味道都唔錯,係$43 蚊算偏貴。感覺良好,會再幫襯。
