🤫 兩個人唔食得太多嘢..揀咗一份頭抽煎鷹倉..一份炒菜..當然唔少得嚟得潮州菜飯館一定要食嘅滷水鵝..我哋就揀咗鵝三寶..然後一人一個湯~
🤫 呢度上菜速度都幾快..介紹一下呢個煎䱽魚..魚塊其實係喺條䱽魚上邊直接起骨再分兩邊用頭柚煎香..所以魚塊非常之原汁原味而且勁厚身..少少香脆嘅外皮口感包裹住嫩滑嘅魚肉..好好味..而且一碟份量都唔細..都有六大塊魚件
🤫 然後我嘅重頭戲..鵝三寶果然冇選擇錯..鵝肉雖然唔係切片係切成細細粒長方形..但係一啖一粒非常之方便易入口..滷水味香濃肉質嫩滑..鵝腸長長數條彈牙好味.. 不過原來鵝肝先係精粹所在..雖然鵝肝只有薄薄四大片..但係你睇吓佢嘅光澤就知佢幾咁滑溜..而且唔知點解異常咁入味..有些少唔夠喉嘅感覺
🤫 至於豆醬炒通菜..豆醬都幾香..而我最欣賞嘅係..通菜係比較柔嫩嘅嗰種..通菜蕹唔會太過粗太過大..食落口係感受到餐廳嘅細緻
🤫 最後仲要介紹埋我哋飲嘅呢個二十年老菜甫燉鮮豬肚湯..廿年老菜甫果然係有啲料到..鹹味適中爽口..然後個湯因為老菜甫嘅加入將平時胡椒豬肚湯嘅胡椒味溫和咗..所以暖胃得嚟唔會話太辣..朋友仔話要我同大家講啲豬肚整得好好..佢話平時飲胡椒豬肚湯嗰啲豬肚好韌好難咬..但係呢度嘅處理手法好明顯係有分別..令到豬肚嘅彈性keep得到..佢好鍾意食咁話喎
🤫 咁因為潮州嘢嘅味道都比較濃..我哋一人叫咗一碗白粥撈住啲餸一齊食就啱啱好啦..整體上邊我覺得鰂魚涌呢一間陳儀興尚潮樓環境企理有中國情調..座位舒適而且食物水準都唔差..另外侍應姐姐嘅服務態度都好好..飯前飯後都會有功夫茶嘆吓..都幾適合母親節帶母親嚟呢度慶祝~
