尋日放工同事去咗附近鍾爺爺火鍋打邊爐,地方光猛仲有電視睇,如多人提早book位仲可以坐vip 房👍🏻之前試過呢到花膠雞魚翅鍋勁出色🫶🏻,今次試埋個招牌豬骨蜆鍋,呢個鍋超級足料,4-5舊巨型豬骨,再加埋粟米同雞腳等材料熬製,個湯一滾起上嚟,陣陣豬骨同蜆嘅鮮香就撲鼻,飲落胡椒味好,粟米嘅甜,豬骨同蜆肉嘅鮮,全部融喺湯度,飲完暖粒粒,蜆肉大大隻,完全無沙 ,正👍🏻。跟住試個霜降手切頸脊肥牛(小),肥牛切得好厚身,紋路好靚,擺落鍋裡面一灼,幾秒就熟,入口軟滑到極,牛味香濃,正到痹!必點🙌🏻秘製西洋菜餃超驚喜,入面居然有蝦!餃子用雲吞皮好薄,咬開裡面西洋菜好嫩,仲有彈牙嘅蝦肉,鮮味滿滿,呢個組合真係絕配!梅菜豬肉丸都好正,自家手打,大大粒。豬肉餡調得好入味,梅菜嘅鹹香同豬肉嘅鮮甜夾埋一齊,咬落去仲有啲少少嘅彈性,唔會好實淨,幾好食。鍾華記生麵原本已經係熟咗,建議食時先叫上枱,放落鍋煮2秒就可即撈起嚟,面掛滿湯汁,麵身勁彈牙,吸晒啲豬骨湯嘅味,食落超惹味。仲有個響鈴,炸得金金亮亮,放落湯裡面碌一碌,吸晒湯汁,又脆又淋,勁好食🤤,佢仲有跟埋秘製甜酸汁,2種食法。呢個又係打邊爐必叫!野菌什菜盤好清新,啲菜好新鮮,喺濃郁嘅湯底煮完,保留住本身嘅甜味同爽脆,食多幾舊都唔覺膩。最後飲返杯竹蔗茅根,清清甜甜,完美收尾,解晒打邊爐嘅熱氣同油膩。總括嚟講,呢餐打邊爐真係好滿足,無論湯底、食材定配料,都好有水準,絕對會再去食多次! continue reading
