今日同朋友去太子砵蘭街,鐘爺爺海鮮食火鍋,一入門口就聞到陣陣雞湯香,我哋二話不說叫咗個「翅群花膠雞鍋」做湯底,飲第一啖湯,超級鮮味,雞湯飲落去成個喉嚨都黏黏地,打邊爐未開始已經飲咗三碗,配一碟雞和花膠,用嚟打邊爐,份量充足。食肉獸必嗌「本地特級手切肥牛」,油脂分佈靚到似大理石紋,淥10秒入口即溶,牛味濃郁,切到厚厚地,嚼落好有口感!「鮮蝦雲吞」同「西洋菜餃」都係自家包,皮薄餡多,好飽滿,蝦肉彈牙。最正係個「生面」,索晒啲雞湯精華,掛汁能力100分!仲有即炸響鈴,就咁食,點少少醋,已經好好味。最後叫個「野菌雜菜盤」平衡下罪惡感,啲菜好新鮮,抵讚! 見到隔籬枱叫咗隻海鮮船,有海膽龍蝦,三文魚……睇落好新鮮,下次一定要試吓😄
