今日要去火炭附近做野,但未食早餐,打算搵間餐廳食早餐,平時成日都係茶餐廳食,因為好有香港特色。係工廠區見到依間好光猛,感覺環境幾乾淨,所以就入去。點左個歐陸早餐食,成個早餐非常豐富,包左一個扒可以揀,平時成日都叫牛扒,今次都唔例外。佢嘅薄煎牛扒食落肉質幾淋。唔會太硬身,牛肉味都算幾濃。除左有扒食,佢仲包左茄汁豆、薯餅同滑蛋,薯餅食落幾好味,炸到好金黃,食起上黎好酥脆同扎實感十足,滑蛋食落好滑,賣相都好靚。

很久沒有在屋企附近食飯,難得今個週末在家中,但又不想煮飯,所以就來到這間新開不久的餐廳!這間餐廳其實是在同區金悅軒搬過來的,食物由前酒店大廚主理,能夠保持水準!這裡環境很大,寬敞舒適!點餐後店員為我們送上例湯,是青紅蘿蔔湯,很清甜!風味椒鹽一口骨,雖然說是一口骨,但是肉都非常多,炸得惹味,椒鹽味道都很出,用來送飯也不錯!壁山漁翁酸菜魚,這裡的酸菜魚估唔到那麼好吃,用上龍躉魚片,魚片沒有骨,肉質嫩滑,口感爽身!湯底味道酸酸辣辣,而且仲有大量酸菜、芽菜,亦有萵筍、木耳和薯粉,份量非常多,足夠4個人吃!鮮茄桃膠浸時蔬 ,白菜仔鮮甜爽口,湯底都有蕃茄的酸甜味,除了白菜仔,還有木耳、唐芹,桃膠的份量都很多,很養顏的感覺!

金悅軒已經搬了,新店叫金玥軒。作為金悅軒的粉絲,當然便急不及待前往新店試試。今日我們一行四人先試下佢嘅下午茶餐。..我叫咗干炒牛河,份量大,牛肉多。河粉有獲氣,惹味得黎又唔鹹。只係略嫌油了一點,碟底剩好多油。另外,餐茶我選了凍啡,相當唔錯。..老婆食星州炒米,一樣份量大,配料多。炒得非常出色,米粉有咬口,而且炒得鬆身,亦不油膩,保持舊店水準。..阿仔繼續揀佢最愛的肉絲炒麵,佢都係鍾情於油炸食品,卜卜脆嘅麵餅真係好有吸引力。阿仔吃後讚不絕口,整碟吃光。我本人不敢吃,除非唔怕生痱滋。..婆婆選了燒鴨瀨粉,食左一部份先記得影相。整體份量明顯較舊店時少,雖然今天很大方地上咗鴨脾,但肉質較實,變得有點難咀嚼,而且越食越鹹,婆婆不敢吃太多。另外,奶茶不熱,茶色也不均勻,婆婆不敢喝下去。..總括而言,新店的食物水平仍然唔錯而且抵食。但我較懷念舊店的食物,當時下午茶餐單有不少選擇,例如一口西多士,現在沒有了。..補充一下,新店比舊店大好多,而且座位舒適,希望盡快恢復晚巿堂食,便可去試試佢地嘅小菜!

婆婆選了燒鴨瀨粉,食左一部份先記得影相。
整體份量明顯較舊店時少,
雖然今天很大方地上咗鴨脾,
但肉質較實,變得有點難咀嚼,
而且越食越鹹,婆婆不敢吃太多。
