上網睇醉潮館嘅水蟹粥,色香味只知顏色合格,而眼前枱上嘅水蟹膏,顏色帶少少金黃色,第一要求過關! 起碼眼見都有D蟹膏,膏蟹有大細之分,我問侍應隻蟹臭唔臭,侍應笑哂口話唔臭,唔臭就點大蟹!

餐廳無偷工減料,成隻蟹係哂蟹粥內有齊哂手手腳腳,而且肉質鮮甜.

第二點過關,雖然蟹味唔係撲鼻,起碼聞上去有蟹味.

由於食過礦記劣質水蟹粥,今次幫襯有好明顯蟹香,第三點合格!

雖然另外再點嘅沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭牛肉較韌,串串雞又炸得過火少少唔多夠 Juicy,但水蟹粥一入口,噢..... 其他菜式唔掂都唔重要了.....

落單時餐廳指正我,正確名稱叫膏蟹粥,唔係水蟹粥! 令我回憶起當年一試難忘其中一個原因,就係被水蟹粥三隻字誤導,當年心諗水蟹粥有咩好食呀! 暗罵朋友帶我去誠昌,以為普通不過嘅水蟹粥真正身份竟然係膏蟹粥,即刻馬上由地獄升上堂神反轉,落差驚訝太大,所以二十多年過去仍然記憶猶新!

醉潮館嘅膏蟹粥雖然唔算特別出色,同當年誠昌比較,個人感覺只有六成功力,但我仍然會再嚟幫襯,起碼質素好過不少香港同澳門餐廳嘅水蟹粥,只不過等入冬先再嚟,因為食完成身好慶好滾!

荃灣眾多餐廳,飯前openrice搜尋一下,見到呢度咁多好評,決定與家人前往一試,可惜大失所望!今次叫咗四個餸,分別係卜卜蜆煲、小炒王、蠔餅同酸菜魚,見餐廳大部份食客都有叫卜卜蜆煲,應該係熱門菜,於是一試,可惜大失所望。卜卜蜆煲上枱後煲了約一個鐘,眼見都仲有好多唔知係壞定未熟既蜆,期間有麻煩員工將蜆煲攞返廚房加熱,可惜仍有多隻蜆未打開,不能食用。我期望食材基本新鮮食得,可惜未能達標。其他小菜味道正常。

荃灣打冷之選🌟荃灣三陂坊有好多打冷大牌擋,今次就選咗間裝修得古色古香的餐廳。餐廳以灰色磚牆,木系的陳設,有種古代feel。幸好我哋晚市6點半就到,仲有空位,好快7點已經坐無虛席,需要等位。🍲砂窩卜卜蜆煲(小)份量好多,足夠4人份量。除了蜆,還有粟米,粉絲,蘿蔔。蜆十分新鮮,又無沙泥,清潔得非常乾淨。真的食蜆本身的鮮味就足夠👍🏻無需要太多的調味。🥢醉潮小炒皇有韮菜,白飯魚,腰果,大蝦乾和小八爪魚。和海味海鮮一起炒,令韮菜都有份鮮味。炸過的白飯魚,超脆好好味,好似送酒的零食,仲有比較平常難買到的大蝦乾,比普通蝦乾,更有蝦的味道。整碟菜口感🦪傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙即叫即炸,好酥脆~蠔仔的比例比較多,反而唔係好食到蛋😂。啖啖蠔肉好正,又唔會過熟!
