噚晚同男朋友去左荃灣一間食潮州野既餐廳,晚餐時段好多人,全場爆滿,要係室外等左一陣位先有得入去。入面裝修好古色古香,仲預備左茶樓用黎洗碗筷用既盆俾我地洗餐具。基本上枱枱都見到啲人叫左蜆煲,睇黎應該最出名就係個煲,我地叫左三個小菜share食:蜜桃咕嚕肉($88)、蝦干界蘭煲($88)同砂鍋卜卜蜆煲($188)。飲品就叫左比較少有既天地1號蘋果醋。個咕嚕肉好好食,食得出係靚豬肉,個皮係脆既又貼肉,舊舊都無骨。食完個咕嚕肉已經覺得等位都正,唔係到到都食到煮得好既咕嚕肉!蝦干界蘭煲鹹香味好重,蝦干超大隻,好香。重頭戲係個卜卜蜆煲,隻隻蜆肉都大大粒、完全無沙,個湯仲好暖胃 雖然間餐廳要等一陣位,不過食物質素高,都值得一等。

啲蜆好大粒,唔係個殼大而係啲肉,而且份量都唔少。
