星期六同阿媽出咗尖沙咀行街,佢話夜晚唔想煮,所以就搵吓附近有冇嘢啱食。我哋行到去厚福街,見到小店「舊時光石磨腸粉」幾多人排隊,而且見餐牌啲嘢好似幾啱食😍。小店主打外賣🥡,但同時亦提供企位供堂食。喺等候食物期間,我就見到有兩個後生靚女係熟客仔,就算大熱天時都唔介意企喺度食。我哋預三個人開餐,所以總共買咗六樣嘢食,埋單都唔使$200,性價比極高👍。全部食物即叫即整,不過等候時間都好快。秘制牛腩撈石磨粉($48),石磨粉超墜手,原來一盒份量有咁多!我估計石磨粉應該係同陳村粉差唔多,未煮前可以攤開一大片。佢透薄順滑,索汁一流。🐮牛腩雖然唔大件,但亦唔等如碎濕濕,而且肥瘦適中,質感唔嚡,味道唔錯。石磨粉加埋牛腩,感覺有啲似牛河,哈哈。麻辣雞絲撈石磨粉($42),🐔雞有兩種揀,分別係雞絲VS手撕雞,我哋要咗前者,估計雞柳係切開咗一條條後先拎去蒸;而手撕雞就相反,係將雞蒸熟咗先再手撕。不過講到尾麻辣汁先係重點,佢嘅麻辣超級無敵正🌶,辣度同鹹度都好出,食落勁惹味,石磨粉墊底盡吸精華。韮黃鮮蝦腸($25),我認為普通腸粉比起石磨粉份量少啲,即使造型有啲似,都係皺皮,但勉強會見到形狀係一條條。蝦腸用料新鮮,蝦肉爽彈,但佢就無酒樓嗰啲蝦咁大隻🦐。雞蛋肉碎腸($23),呢款腸粉係小店招牌,雞蛋同肉碎係最大路嘅食材,不過拼埋一齊就成為經典口味。腸粉滲透出微微蛋味🥚,而肉碎就好足料,每啖都食到。蒸米粉($30),我哋另外仲嗌咗米粉🍚,見蒸嘅煮法比較少見就想試吓。蒸米粉自身比起乾炒有點失色,因為唔夠乾爽同味道較淡。不過撈埋面頭啲肉碎、雞蛋、菜甫同蔥一齊食,味道即刻有所提升😃。佢嘅菜甫好好味,唔會太酸太鹹,而且仲好有咬口。麻辣雞腎($28/小),由於呢日係星期六,小店星期日唔開,所以腸粉以外嘅食物賣到七七八八,麻辣小食得返雞腎可以揀😳。雞腎偏細粒,但勝在有好多粒,加上質感爽彈,撈埋麻辣汁同芫荽食係滋味嘅。總括嚟講,舊時光石磨腸粉嘅出品令人一試愛上😋,我本身唔特別好腸粉,但估唔到而家有少少鍾意咗佢👉🏻👈🏻。呢度嘅石磨粉口感超細滑,比港式小食店食到嘅腸粉薄好多,就算放耐咗都一樣咁好食。另外,小店自家製作嘅麻辣醬汁好啱味蕾,簡直令我欲罷不能🙈。最後簡單總結:小店值得推介!…Read More
