說到元朗台灣美食,一定不能錯過羅東肉焿番,每到用餐時間座無虛席,不誇張,之前我們還曾經等過三十分鐘,等到飢腸轆轆也甘願,時至今日仍然人氣不減,羅東肉焿番價格實在,食物美味。鹽酥一口雞絕對人氣炸物王,挺有傳統的台式風味,羅東肉焿番的鹽酥一口雞有事先醃過,所以嚐上來會帶有點點鹹香,剛炸好的鹽酥一口雞品嚐到外酥內軟的快感,雞肉軟嫩多汁。熱騰騰的鹽酥澎湖花枝丸出爐,鹽酥澎湖花枝丸雖然形狀不一,但飽滿又大顆,整個外酥脆內彈牙,咬得到花枝塊,真材實料,鹽酥澎湖花枝丸越嚼越涮嘴,我和堂姐吃得津津有味。紅燒二寶牛肚牛肋肉湯麵湯頭雖然是紅燒的,但沒有牛油,喝起來並不會太油膩,喝進嘴裡還會有一點回甘感。刀削麵長度厚度恰到好處,咬感帶些許咬勁,非常優秀,糖心蛋露出由棕到白的漸層色蛋白,以及橙黃色的流心蛋黃,秀色可餐的模樣好不誘人。牛肉使用的是牛肋肉,大大的一塊,極為厚實的牛肋肉帶點脂肪,羅東肉焿番熬煮到無敵軟腍,真不可思議。牛肚看那樣子都是上上之選,光看色澤就知牛肚入味,嚼起來富有彈性,不會難嚼這點超棒,嚐得出牛肚的新鮮。招牌芋泥肉鬆蛋餅肉鬆跟芋泥都爆出來,料多到不行,堂姐說肉鬆跟芋泥居然這麼合拍,芋泥的綿密質地和肉鬆的鹹香相互交織,招牌芋泥肉鬆蛋餅鹹甜鹹甜的蠻好吃,配上微焦的蛋餅皮很讚。最喜歡喝古早冬瓜茶,每次來羅東肉焿番都要喝一杯才過癮,羅東肉焿番堅持傳統手工古法熬煮,保留冬瓜的甜度,夏天喝超解喝,想要來點嚼感,必喝冬瓜珍珠,而且珍珠份量給得多,頗有彈勁,冬瓜珍珠讓人一口接著一口喝。 continue reading

首先主食食左香腸乾拌米線,口感爽滑,搭配鹹香香腸,簡單卻開胃,非常之啱香港人胃口,之後配咗牛湯生菜,有得揀紅燒湯/牛湯配生茶,而牛湯清甜加生茶爽口,白菜吸飽湯汁,又滋味樸實又耐吃。而另外一個主食就係什錦紅燒湯麵,湯頭濃郁,配料豐富,麵條吸附湯汁後更顯滋味;搭配左溏心蛋,糖心蛋滷香入味,為餐點增添亮點。飲品方面,凍冬瓜茶清涼解膩,甜度啱啱好,而烏龍茶則茶香清爽,去油解膩。 當然,最驚豔的還是芝士芋泥蛋餅——外皮酥香,內餡綿密,芋泥的香甜與芝士的濃郁完美融合,鹹甜交織,口感豐富,絕對是必點之選!這頓飯從主食到小點都令人滿意,值得再次回味。 continue reading

喺wechat朋友圈睇到個朋友喺呢間食咗芋泥,於是記低咗呢件事,好啦,今日入元朗做嘢咁就順便嚟幫襯,鋪頭唔係太大間,數數大約有9至10張檯,但生意真係唔錯,keep住有人,而外賣更加做不停手。首先叫咗個“芋泥肉鬆蛋餅”,再來個“紅燒牛肉湯麵”同埋“酥炸雞扒魯肉飯”,加少少錢就有埋飲品“可樂”和台灣特色的“珍珠奶茶”。“芋泥”一直係我鍾意的食物,如果鍾意食嘅好多都係我同鄉,咁你知唔知係邊度鄉下呢?估吓,但估中冇獎😜新鮮清香芋泥非常吸引,再加埋啲肉鬆,多一重味道,連埋蛋餅,係個極好味的台灣小食;牛肉麵作為主食,有4大件牛肉,好鬆化,麵係刀削麵,好薄的刀削麵,但又好掛汁,本身湯底係清清哋只有牛肉的純味道,非常喜歡,食到後邊連啲湯都差唔多飲曬;“雞扒魯肉飯”的雞扒大大件,係切開嘅,酥香美味,地道魯肉飯連埋珍珠奶茶,感覺去咗一轉台灣。 continue reading

呢間係元朗一直人氣都好高!之前都食過一兩次!今次終於忍唔住要打返個食評😁佢地既芋泥做得好出色!勁滑又唔會太死甜!好好食!蛋餅都好好食!同行朋友都話同係台灣食到既真係完全一樣味道👍🏻🍴酥炸雞扒魯肉飯雞扒炸得好酥脆!仲有半隻糖心蛋!正!佢個飯撈埋啲魯肉食好開胃😃🍴芝士肉鬆蛋餅蛋餅好厚!芝士半熔好正🤤佢做到有蛋香加上外樣酥脆!非常唔錯😛🍴珍珠奶茶 & 古早冬瓜茶一般係香港食到既台灣野食都係偏甜,但佢地既正常甜度都唔會太甜,好岩香港人口味!正!無咁大負擔!🍴仙草芋圓1號,手工芋泥頭先講左啦!佢地既芋泥真係好好食!又綿又香!加左落糖水度食好正!佢地啲芋圓又係好香又煙煙韌韌!好好咬!好食👍🏻 continue reading
