日日收工搭車都經過青山道見到呢間新開咗不久的私房菜,今日終於約咗班同事去試吓,長沙灣呢區越來越多新餐廳,絕對係一個搵食的地方一行五人,好夜先嚟到好在唔使等位首先來一個平時好少食嘅焗魚腸,用雞蛋去焗,一啲都唔腥臭,不過味道就唔係我喜歡的了,冇乜太大味道天氣凍梗係要食返臘味煲仔飯,不過賣相就麻麻哋,好少餸,但係味道就不錯,臘肉爽口彈牙再來一個田雞煲仔飯,香噴噴,食得出田雞是新鮮生劏的這個就是廚師極力推介,豬膶蜆煲,真係未食過第一次,味道幾好,豬膶同顯的鮮味夾埋一齊好新穎,都幾特別值得一試,只是啲硯使得不太乾淨有小沙最後來一個羊腩煲,268,不過份量就比較少,每人得兩舊真係唔夠喉,其實味道是不錯的,真是羊腩,不過比出邊來說分量真係少了一點不太抵食

最後來一個羊腩煲,268,不過份量就比較少,每人得兩舊真係唔夠喉,其實味道是不錯的,真是羊腩,不過比出邊來說分量真係少了一點不太抵食

最後叫咗個龍躉炒飯,啲魚炒到啱啱好!
個飯都係好好食...我平時鍾意食麵多都食咗兩碗~

Ps:同埋不得不提!店員服務超好...

未食完蜆但店員見到隻碟有一半蜆殼都即刻幫我地換碟!同埋個炒飯一到馬上用另一個碗幫我地裝飯!平時呢啲服務都係去飲宴先有...所以一定要讚

由於第一次寫食評所以!食左3次才決定寫食評!第一次見舖面真心係唔會吸引到我入去試呢間’小型酒樓‘,由於新開既關係,最後我都去左一試。結果食店開3個月我就食足左3次,3次食都係不同既小菜,也有令人回味的菜。而我個人最推就係「佢既招牌菜:豬潤抄鮮蜆」個人覺得用心煮岀食材既美味亦因為第一次食既菜色,所以比我感覺創新而新鮮。加上坐得舒適,真正感受到中菜的特色。樓面都好識做,一叫即做所以價錢都合理及值得。開心晚飯,熱熱鬧鬧而且老闆好好人,用心經營,食岀人情味特別讚賞:菜單手字真係好靚

食左3次才決定寫食評!
第一次見舖面真心係唔會吸引到我入去試呢間’小型酒樓‘,由於新開既關係,最後我都去左一試。

食飽飽繼續係店內坐下。鋪內的店員都比較上一輩的, 但佢地非常有禮貌同熱心, 會介紹你地咩好食,又會幫我地斟茶換碟。之後老闆仲介紹我地食佢哋嘅招牌菜:豬潤海蜆煲, 可惜我地已食飽,但聞到隔離枱飄來嘅香味都想試下
希望下次同多d人再試下其他招牌菜先
