今日終於都有機會品嚐呢間滷水大王。話說, 老闆嘅班底,原本係教人做滷水、幫人創業嘅 大師傅嚟㗎,早幾年自己出嚟開舖。唔怪得知 啲出品又睇得又打得。春菜煲 喺潮汕一個好普遍嘅小菜,當地原本多 用排骨,喺度搖身一變,用咗比較啱本地人口 味嘅燒腩仔春菜。湯底甘甘鹹鹹,而家嘅天氣 清熱解暑 就啱啦。鵝片一定唔少得。滷水汁調教得非常貼近潮汕 口味,鹹中帶藥材的清香,回味無窮。佢哋嘅鵝,喺 香港嚟講算係攞得靚,好多有名氣嘅打冷舖都冇佢哋攞得咁靚。墨魚爽口有嚼頭。帶着浸浸海鮮嘅清甜味。

今晚有嘢買,去咗銅鑼灣順便喺鵝頸橋附近食飯,見到間滷水潮林園滷味大王,間店舖內位唔係好多,而且仲似茶餐廳,大家都有啲肚餓所以叫咗兩碟碟頭飯1) 獅頭鵝片飯鵝肉滷得入味,滷水香氣濃郁卻不偏鹹,滷水芳香,提升鵝肉鮮美。加上鵝肉原味實在,而且肥瘦適中,膏脂不肥膩,軟腍中帶質感。豆腐墊在鵝肉底,吸收了鵝汁滷水精華,份外好食。2) 沙薑雞飯沙薑雞雞肉清爽幼滑,肉質細嫩可口,食而不膩。3) 潮州春菜潮州春菜,與半肥瘦腩肉以慢火炆成,腩肉的油香都吸進春菜中。春菜味道有點像芥蘭,既有菜心的清甜之氣,又有芥菜辛苦之味,也是吸油、吸味高手,故與肥膩嘅豬腩肉非常匹配,而且味道濃郁,非常下飯。
